Phenomenal place. Great staff. Amazing location. Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is perfect in every way except one. It is an elegant beautiful hotel with great staff. I could not recommend it more except for this one terrible lacking. It has very beautiful rooms. The bathroom alone in my unit was nearly half the size of some smaller hotel rooms. The staff were incredibly nice and wonderful. The very big issue with this hotel is that it has no elevator. I was on the third floor. Note that they have no rooms on the ground floor. My friend in his seventies stayed on the second floor. I and my wife are in our sixties. It was a large burden to climb those steps.

I would not stay here ever again for only one reason - it has no elevator.

Noisy location. No elevators. Second floor is numbered floor 2 but really the third floor with 4 steep flights of stairs. The outside views look much better on the web site. Maids changed air con servings an tv channels on every visit as well as let the mosquitos in. All said, it was OK but would chose something a bit more upscale next time. Airport pick up and return as well as the private tour guide the hotel arranged was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w tym hotelu. Polecam wszystkim podróżującym do Siem Rep. Obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna. Mieliśmy duże zamieszanie związane z rezerwacją pokoju (z naszej winy), ale obsługa potrafiła rozwiązać nasz problem dodając jedno łóżko, na jedną noc do naszego pokoju. Polecam również zamawianie transportu w recepcji hotelowej. Zwłaszcza z lotniska do hotelu i z hotelu na lotnisko, ponieważ koszty takiego przejazdu różnią się znacząco od tych oferowanych na lotnisku, oczywiście na korzyść hotelu. Warto zamówić w hotelu odbiór z lotniska! Ponadto, recepcja hotelu pomaga przy organizacji wycieczek podstawiając busa oraz organizując przewodnika. Pokoje i łazienki bardzo duże nawet dostawione na jeden dzień dodatkowe łóżko nie spowodowało znaczącego dyskomfortu. Jeżeli wybieracie się do Siem Rep polecam ten hotel.

Ogólnie nie było, źle. Pokoje bardzo duże, łazienki również. Dla osób które wymagają komfortu powiem, że w hotelu nie ma windy (ale są tyko dwa piętra a obsługa recepcji pomaga wnieść bagaże), i zamiast karty do pokoju są normalne klucze. Dla nas nie był to problem.

Great location close to Pub Street and market. Comfortable and clean accomodation with exceptional staff who booked bus tickets, and arranged a one day Angkor trip for us in a very efficient manner. Close to supermarket and good local eating options with a small but perfectly adequate pool. Recommended!

Food could have been better, Hard Rock Cafe was very noisy as my room was across the road!

It’s located in the city center, quite convenient.

Poor breakfast, discomfortable bed, no elevator which difficult for family especially for small baby, they use recycled water bottle but water shall change frequently.

Close to the action but far enough away for a quieter night
