The staff couldn’t do enough to help. The location was perfect. Can’t fault it.
The only thing I’d say is that it’s quite near the start of pub street so can be a little loud before midnight but didn’t really bother me.

Right in the center of the city, but the room was very quiet. Staff always very nice and attentive. Room and bathroom were very large. Very nice pool!

Quaint & cute hotel. The young boys & girls at the reception were so friendly & helpful.

Very good location. Nice pool. My room had a balcony with loin chairs which was nice to read in. Staff was very nice and available 24/7

Staff were very helpful , friendly and attentive . They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and they were very respectful. They also organised complimentary transport from the airport to hotel which was a great help after 26hours of travelling . Very good central location beside Pub street and very short walk from all the main restaurant , bars and grocery store in the area .
It can get noisy at night especially at the weekend but this is mainly due to the location of beside pub street . it didn’t really affect us that much as the noise died down around midnight . Also no food options in hotel however it didn’t affect us as there is a large selection of restaurants surrounding hotel within 1 minute walk .

There is air-conditioning in the room. When we arrived the room was very hot, It took some time to chill the room, but then it was good. So you need an hour to chill the room.

The location was great. The breakfast was quite good once they figured out what "over easy" meant! The room was a good size and there was a small garden area outside the sliding doors.
The lightening in the bathroom was quite dark and the blow dryer was not very strong. There was also a problem with the temperature of the water in the shower, but once I figured out the pattern I was able to keep it to a reasonable temperature. Also they need to make the furniture on the garden patio more comfortable because it is a lovely place to sit in the morning to drink coffee.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful and they went out of their way to help with every query.
Close to Pub Street but far enough away to be quiet at night.
No restaurant during our stay and breakfast had to be pre-ordered.

Good location close to Pub Street - although this meant a bit noisy in the evenings. Nice friendly & helpful staff. Private terrace was a bonus. Helped organise my transport to Pattaya
Having to order breakfast the day before, although I understand it is a relatively small hotel so buffet probably not viable. Couldn't get my TV to work, but I don't go on holiday to watch TV so not a big issue

The people at reception were absolutely wonderful. All very helpful and happy. Close to everything if you want that.
The American Breakfast was always served cold. No TV in the room as advertised. You hear every noise surrounding the room and hotel.

Location was great and pool was nice add. Rooms were big. Staff was nice and really polite.
It seemed like a lot of fasilities (eg. Poolbar, restaurant, other pool) were not availble. I heard that after covid lot of companies have faced difficulties so I think that night have been the reason. Breakfast was really not worth for money. Air con worked but was not stable. We did not get the tv working (though I did not report it to staff, so might be an user issue 😅)

While the hotel is in a very central location, it's proximity to pub street and bars did mean it was very loud at night, so ear plugs are needed

Beautiful hotel, garden, lobby, bathroom, and room. Incredibly helpful staff (with excellent English) who helped us book TukTuk tours and gave advice about local attractions. Many leaflets on offer. We could leave our luggage there after check-out. Breakfast was phenomenal - you choose the day before - with lots of Thai and local options. Ideal location near pub street and markets but still quiet and easy to get a good night's sleep.

The location was excellent. It was very close to the pub street. The room was large with comfortable bed and clean toilet. The complimentary breakfast was good enough. The staff were extremely friendly

Staff is exceptional. They all are very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is walking distance to pub street and located in the safe area.
