The stay was great. Izi and team were very responsive and helpful. The apartment was excellent as we had everything we needed. The location is amazing as it is close to 85th and Columbus. There were a lot of places to eat and have fun. Also close to the subway.

I stayed at Izi and Elio's rental for just over 2 months and had a great stay. As a young female living alone during a clinical internship in the Upper West Side, I always felt safe and comfortable going to a from the apartment. Izi and Elio are quick with communication and go above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend staying with them and will keep them in mind for future rental periods!

This was our first rental and we sure got lucky. The area is filled with fabulous restaurants and several grocery stores within walking distance. The building was very secure and even walking at night felt safe. The apt. was exactly as advertised and we were impressed with the quality of the appliances and kitchen supplies. We are in our 70's and while walking up 5 flights wasn't always easy, we welcomed the opportunity for some good exercise and felt like we were in better shape upon leaving. Our host, Izi, was very efficient and responsive.

Modern well maintained. Manager replied instantly to all requests. Great experience, would like to stay again in the future.

My stay was perfect - the apartment is clean and spacious (suitable for one or two guests). Izi was kind and helpful throughout my stay. Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, and central air conditioning - everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend!

The landlord is very professional, the apartment is as described and photographed on a great upper west side location. Would certainly recommend.

This is an attractive studio on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a totally rehabbed old building on a quiet residential West Side street. The recent renovation means that everything works--huge TV, dishwasher, washer-dryer, ac, double-paned windows, new stove, sofa bed--and that there is little noise from other apartments in the building. The residential street is quiet, for Manhattan. The neighborhood is interesting--a mixture of chichi and working class--and both Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues have lots and lots of interesting eating places, from the expensive to ethnic to down-home bodega-cafes. Saturday nights see a youthful social scene around many restaurants and bars.Two supermarkets, a liquor store and a subway stop are a few blocks away. The owner, Itzi, and the property manager, Elio, were unfailingly helpful and courteous when I needed a place to stay in an emergency.

This unit and location is as deceived. A plus the owner Izi is great helpful thorough and always available. We will be back for another stay next year.
