Die Wohnung empfängt die Besucher freundlich und hell, man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an willkommen. Das bestätigen die tolle Einrichtung und Ausstattung! Überrascht waren wir von der Ruhe im Haus. Leider wollten wir ja die Stadt besichtigen und haben das auch getan, dabei könnte man auch einfach auf der Terrasse die ausgezeichnete Lektüre der Gastgeberin genießen. Diese war jederzeit „ansprechbar“ und pflegt einen netten Kontakt. Wir waren begeistert und danken recht herzlich! Nicht unerwähnt lassen wollen wir das „geheime“ Zimmer, welch nachhaltige, soziale Idee!

Very spacious, comfortable and the deck and courtyard garden were lovely. Well equipped kitchen.

Internally the apartment is lovely and it would be a great home. It does not feel like tourist accommodation and this was nice. It is spacious and was warm and comfortable. I am sure the area is OK once you are familiar with it. There is outside space which can be nice in warmer weather.

The location is an inner city residential area. There were no amenities for tourists. No convenient shop or place to eat. We felt uncertain about security at night and did not go out. We arrived quite late and it was a distance from the train station. We ended up on a big busy road and had a fair walk followed by no food or drinks. A bad start. There is additional cash cleaning and tax costs of 40£ and this made it a lot more expensive than it appeared and than more central places.

The apartment feels like home. All the amenities are present to cook lovely meals in the kitchen. The apartment is very spacious with place to eat. The garden is lovely as well. Hope to come back in the summer to enjoy it more. The artistic touches are well appreciated. The lovely red Japanese maple greets you from the bedroom window. Overall, an amazing apartment to feel at home in Graz!

It is a bit far (15-20 minutes) walk from the city center. This was not a problem as we had perfect weather but if it were rainy then this could be too far.
