Location was quite central and in walking distance to most attractions. Host tried do be helpful via WhatsApp

The apartment is on the 1st floor in a residential complex and doesn’t get much daylight. Living room could need a more indirect lightning source. Shower sink was not working properly. Check-in process was confusing and the check-in lady (from an external agency) came 20 minutes late. We were then asked for an extra 24€ city tax which seems to be legit but we think this should be included in the price shown on here as nobody likes extra fees.

Guido was a great host. He responded quickly to our messages prior to and during our 2 night stay. He kindly met us there early on the day we arrived and let us store our bags on the day we left, giving us a key to the basement so we could collect them in our own time. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The A/C was great as we were there during a very hot time. Extra touches like bottles of water in the fridge and coffee, sugar and biscuits very much appreciated. Good location, central enough to walk everywhere but also peaceful at night. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend both the apartment and Bologna.

Our stay in Residence Griffoni was really exceptional. The hosts was so kind to arrange our check-in patiently even our flight was delayed. Apartment was super clean, was having coffee machine, microwave oven and kitchen appliances. The heating of the flat was very well. The apartment was located 8mins walking to the historical center of Bologna and we could walk everywhere. We could also store our luggages in storage after check-out until our flight time. Residence Griffoni made our visit to Bologna very convenient:)

Although it had no outlook, the apartment received light from three light wells and the interior was colourfully and tastefully decorated in a modern style. The apartment appeared newly renovated, it was very clean and well equipped with coffee maker and kitchen appliances. The host, Guido, checked in with me several times to see if I needed anything. The apartment was easy walking distance from the main plaza all major sites, cafes, restaurants and the main market area.

There was nothing to dislike.
