Where do we even begin? Everyone that has ever stayed in a VRBO or booked an VRBO for a group knows the feeling of pulling up the house and *HOPING* it is similar to what you think you have booked. Well, let me tell you all… this house FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. We were so impressed with how CLEAN and gorgeous this home was. Every part of this home was in spectacular condition and was decorated so beautifully. A huge plus for us was that It is set up PERFECTLY to cater to larger groups. We had 10 guests, and at no time did we feel cramped. The house is equipped with all the necessities such as beach towels, coolers, bath towels, pool toys, pots, Keurig, pans, washer/dryer(s), bed sheets, pillows/blankets, etc., which made traveling here SO easy. The whole process of interacting with Kristin the owner, was amazing, too! She answered all of my questions almost immediately and was always available and guiding us along the way with her favorite places to go and she even shared the closest grocery store which was a huge help since we ordered our groceries to be delivered - since we were only staying for a short time. She made the check-in and check-out process incredibly easy so we didn’t have to waste any vacation time! I think I can speak for the entire group when I say we all already miss the property and we cannot thank Crystal Paradise enough for allowing us to stay and enjoy some sunshine in FL. We can’t wait to rebook and come back!! THANK YOU!!

Terrific place for family of various ages (75 - 7) with varied interests, food preferences, noise tolerance. This space was perfect. The ambiance of the layout and decorations leaned toward beaches and relaxation. Nothing to fret about with smaller kids. Laundry was beautiful, clean and a terrific addition! Kristen was patient and answered my many questions quickly. She even notified us within an hour of departure that we had forgotten the kids' book bags! Terrific experience.

We had the best time here. Perfect for three families with seven children ranging from 2 to 9. The pool and ping pong table were very fun and the outdoor lounge area was great. The house was supplied with everything needed for beach days chairs, umbrellas, toys and coolers. We went to Honeymoon Island which was a great family beach only a short drive away. The sunsets on the ocean were only a short walk away and were wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with everything to cook a nice meal. We would not hesitate to stay again. Loved the area and the home.

This is our second time at this Crystal Beach property and with our large family, it probably won’t be our last. It’s located in a great area with walking distance to a small pier for gorgeous sunset viewing. The home is very clean with a large kitchen with seating for a crowd. Downstairs is a lounge area with a kitchen (full size fridge for extra drinks/water, TV, ping pong, many chaises and chairs and a sparkling pool and spa. The owners are readily available to answer any questions. Five star rating all around for Crystal Beach.

We had people meet in Florida from across the US. I appreciate that this property was fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, games, etc. we have done a lot of vacation rentals and this was one of our favorites :) hopefully we will be back

Kristin and Scott are amazing hosts. They not only have an amazing property but gave suggestions for things to do in the area and we’re super accommodating to our requests. The house has everything you could need and was perfect for an extended family vacation. There was so much space and the pool area was perfect for all day family fun. If you are planning a trip to Clearwater it is a short drive to so many great places and beaches. The house is clean and we never felt on top of each other. Would recommend this to anyone going to the area. Will definitely be back!! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

We had a great time with three grandchildren ages 5, 7, and 7. The pool was a huge hit, and there was plenty of room for all 9 of us. The houses are well stocked and very clean. The nearby parks were great. This is a 5 star facility!

This house is amazing and plenty of room for a lot of people. We had 13 people stay and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, eat and hang out. The pool and spa were amazing…the whole backyard is like having your own private retreat. Kristin messaged us to answer any questions within minutes and the check in process was seamless. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a group of 13 of friends and family stay here during the SEC basketball tournament. There was plenty of room for everyone. Everyone’s favorite part was probably the outdoor couch and tv area. That’s where most of the time was spent when we were at the house. There were more than enough games and activities, including the pool and hot tub, to keep everyone entertained. Especially when the weather did not cooperate. Thanks so much for lending out your house for the week!

The home was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great, the outdoor space was amazing. We spent all of our time outside enjoying the space. Everything needed for a beach day is included as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, cook and serve. There were 13 of us and we rented both units. There was plenty of space.

Stayed here with our whole family (14 of us) and the property couldn't have worked out any better. The check in process was super easy and when some of our party needed to check in early Kristin was more than accommodating. Kristin was spot on to respond to any concerns or questions we had during our stay. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the pool is heated so didn't have to worry about the weather keeping the kids out of the pool. The property is right next to a walking/biking trial which was nice to enjoy in the mornings. We walked down to Crystal Beach several evenings to enjoy the sunsets. The kids really liked the "Hang out" area under the house near the pool and spent several hours lounging around watching TV and playing ping pong. The bar area next to the pool made it convenient to grab your favorite cocktail while enjoying the pool. The place was loaded with everything needed to spend the day by the pool, chairs, toys, balls, noodles etc. The units also come equipped with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and towels to use for your day at the beach. Getting around is easy. Although if you are used to driving 2-3 miles in 7-8 mins depending on the time of day you need to plan for extra time to get to where you are going. The beds are super comfy and both units were stocked with all the normal kitchen essentials needed for your stay. The privacy of the place also made it easy to relax as you didn't have to worry about people looking on while you lounged around the pool and hot tub. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better place for our family to enjoy and relax and will definitely stay at this place again if we come back to this area.

The owners were very easy to communicate with. The house is well appointed, the beds extremely comfortable and the kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you would need. Basics like salt, pepper and various seasonings are also available. The outdoor area is a dream. Awesome pool and spa, barbecue, ping pong table and a great sitting and entertainment area. We were very happy with our stay at this property.

The property is quiet, very private and has everything you need to feel right at home. Pleasantly surprised with all the extras. The pool and hot tub were great. Wish we coulda stayed longer.

I can not express how amazing this property is. Perfect location and easy access to shopping and beaches. The property was beautiful inside and out. Extremely clean and well organized. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The property manager went above and beyond to assure that we had an amazing stay. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

We had the most amazing time staying in this gorgeous house. When I mean the pictures has nothing on the actual look of the house...OMG there was so much room for me and my family it was 12 of us from adults to teenagers to kids and everyone was comfortable. The kids loved the pool and the outside area. There is nothing you would need Kristin is Amazing!!!! She has everything that you need all you need to bring is your family and food. There was nothing we had to run out and buy... When I tell you that Kristin is Amazing she really is... Our flights got canceled due to the hurricane. There were no more flights to NY for 2 more days . We called Kristin let her now that we needed to extend our stay. When I mean she went out of her way to accommodate us we were able to stay 2 more days in this Amazing house. Believe me you will not regret it... Best vacation home!!! Period....

We loved staying here so much in 2018, we decided to come back this year. The place is absolutely awesome! Kristen & Scott have thought of everything. The pool is wonderful and has a true sauna which is incredible. The house is very clean, updated and well furnished. Everything you could possibly want or need in the kitchen! We love being right on the Pinellas Trail. Went for a nice long walk every morning before breakfast followed by a dip in the pool. Nice, quiet community. Convenient to everything .

The home was as advertised, and the managers were very friendly. The house had much more than we thought it would, and was a blast to vacation in.

This was the perfect house. Very clean and plenty of room. Our hosts were absolutely wonderful. We were here for Elsa and they went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and prepared. The property was exactly as pictured and described. We were very happy with how clean and well equipped the house was. The beds were very comfortable and all of the bed linens and towels were nice. The kitchen was very well equipped! The bathrooms were like new and really clean upon arrival. The host was so helpful with restaurant suggestions and communication during our stay. The pool area had lots of fun stuff to do and there were pool toys for the littles to enjoy as well. We definitely plan on going back.

What an incredible stay we had at Crystal Beach Paradise! Kristin was attentive to our needs and even checked in with us just to wish my husband and dad a happy Father’s Day. With plenty to do in the surrounding area, we had the most fun in the incredible backyard patio and pool area. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the house was just a short walk to the water. If we find ourselves in the area again, we won’t even bother looking for a better place to stay as I’m certain it doesn’t get any better than Crystal Beach Paradise.

I will get right to it - this property, and the property owners, completely exceeded our expectations! Starting with the property - its gorgeous in photos but somehow that doesn't do it justice when you see it in person. The home is modern and beautiful with all the amenities you could want. We were traveling with a 1 year old so having pack n plays, high chairs, toys/games already on site was a HUGE convenience to us - just less things you need to travel with! One of the aspects of the home that impressed us the most was the quality of bedding - the mattresses were soft and comfortable, the sheets, blankets, and pillows were of similar high quality. How many times do you check into a rental and the bed is stiff or the pillows are old and bad and its a nightmare to sleep? Not at this house - easy sleeping every night, and not just the master, all 4 bedrooms. Really impressed. Cant say enough about the incredible pool and outdoor lounge area. The pool was plenty large for our 2 families and kids to enjoy and the shaded lounge area was a place we spent most of our time - just getting out out of the Florida sun for a bit or watching a movie at night - it was a huge hit with everyone The location is great because it was quiet and secluded but also not far from places like Clearwater or Dunedin. I have to mention how amazing the 2 owners of the property were - they were quick to respond to any questions we had (even if it was where to park in Clearwater or a good restaurant to try while we waited to check in). From speaking with them during our stay you can tell they took their own experiences traveling and wanted to make their rental as perfect as possible and it really shows. I had mentioned my 1yr old earlier in the review - he actually got an ear infection and the owners offered to get us anything we needed to help out; it was a great gesture and just shows how wonderful of people they are - they really want you to have a great experience and we certainly did! We could not recommend this property any more and are looking forward to coming back again!

The property is simply amazing for a family! The pool is perfect, our kids loved swimming and all the water toys they had. We had full use of everything we needed for a day at the beach which was wonderful! This is a great place for families with kids! They had games, toys, pack and plays, booster chair, everything we needed to easily vacation with our two kids. The hosts are extremely friendly and we would absolutely recommend their place to others and hope to come back again ourselves!

We travel a lot and have never stayed at a more stocked, cleaner, better decorated property. It is a resort like house with everything you need. The owners have thought of every detail, everything! We felt at home. Wish we stayed longer.

This property was absolutely fabulous! If I could give it more than 5 stars I definitely would! I traveled with extended family. There were 9 of us ranging in age from 7 to 63. Everyone had a blast. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. There were tons of pool toys, board games, and outdoor games. There really was something for everyone. We had plenty of space and many different areas to gather and enjoy each other's company. The hosts were awesome and gave us some great suggestions for things to do and places to visit. They were very helpful and responsive. This home was beautiful! The pictures didn't do it justice. The furnishings were comfortable and beautiful. The appliances were new and good quality. There was even a commercial grade coffee pot with 2 pots and 2 burners! This was the cleanest house I have been stayed in! It was spotless and well organized. I will definitely be going back to this amazing property.

The rental property was great! The Owners went above and beyond . They even delivered treats one morning and helped us with restaurant recommendations. The property was clean and included everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Truly a wonderful piece of paradise.

What a beautiful spot! The home is decorated impeccably and fully stocked with everything you could think of. The backyard is a secret oasis that also hosts a TV, lounge area, and ping pong table. Kristin and Scott are the best! Surprised us with little goodies on arrival and took care of a minor issue immediately. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was perfect from check in to check out. We needed a family vacation and ended up finding this wonderful property to meet up with one more family. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 2-5) and the house worked great for the grouping. There is plenty of privacy inside and outside the house for it to seem like a place away from it all. There were several pack and plays, board and yard games, pool toys, etc to keep us all having fun. The lower area was a great spot to chill while watching our favorite NFL team win their playoff game. The spa was a blast for not only the adults but the kids too. The built in grill was perfect for a nice grill out. The owners are extremely responsive and were there to remotely turn on the spa while we were out at lunch so it was toasty when we got back. We were also given a surprise when they dropped off some local sweets for breakfast! The only thing we would have changed was the weather since we only had one 70+ degree day while we were there but that happens sometimes in January. The spa definitely helped with that. :) Thank you Kristin and Scott. We all can not wait to visit again!
