The location was superb being only a couple of minutes' walk to the restaurants in the village. The breakfast was excellent and was served in a beautiful room that opened out on to a terrace overlooking the pool and could be used by guests throughout the day.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We would just suggest that information about the wines that can be bought is placed in all the rooms.

We arrived after midnight and it took a little while to open the front door as the box our key was deposited in, clamped a little and we were afraid to break it. Anyway, the room was just lovely, so everything was instantly forgotten. Two nice glasses of wine awaited us. Next morning we had to leave very early as we had a tight schedule, so there was no personel to be seen. Anyway, we never take breakfast so that didn't matter for us.

The location was ideal as we journeyed to the South of France. Our room was excellent and looked out over the pool at the back with a lovely balcony. The towels were lovely and fluffy and the bed linen, lovely and crisp. The breakfast was very good with an excellent choice on offer. The coffee was particularly good. Also the secure parking was a particular added bonus. Our room was extremely quiet.

To be honest there was nothing that we felt improving. Just keep up the good work.

Beautifully appointed hotel. The room, views, pool, terrace, dining area were exceptional - stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean. A perfect stop-off amongst the vineyards or a delightful stay in itself. Above all, charming staff and incredible hospitality. Thank you.

Very quiet, clean and spacious. The team were very friendly and helpful.

It was very comfortable, in a beautiful setting. The junior suite was very pretty, roomy, clean and modern. USB ports for phone charging, plenty of plugs, cupboard space and underfloor heating. Tea & Coffee & water in the room. The breakfast room was very impressive with what appeared to be the original beams and a lovely chef to look after your needs. There was a fridge in the breakfast room where you could help yourself to drinks, including wine and note down what you had taken for the final check out bill. There was plenty of parking on the road in front of La Maison or secure private parking at the rear with two electric charging points, one for any electric / hybrid car and one specific for Tesla

Some clients may like a fridge in the room. The toilet was separate from the bathroom which was lovely, however there was no wash basin in the toilet room to wash your hands before you exited, which for some may be a hygiene concern.

Sadly enough it was not possible to taste all the wines of the winery, two whites and 2 reds were available to taste. After requesting another cuvée the answer was no.

Located in the beautiful village of Puligny Montrachet, with great restaurants round the corner. The house is stunning, beautifully decorated, with great communal facilities.

The only criticism is the loo door handle kept falling off, and staff were unable to fix within the 5 days we were staying there.

Great hospitality, beautiful room, access to kitchen and outside area, free parking with electric charger.

The lady at reception on the Fri was very rude after I complained that the room was still not ready post 4pm. The check in time states 3pm to 7pm and when questioned I got the response on some days. Later I asked if she could call and book a taxi - we don’t speak French - she said here is a number. I’m not sure of your name but you need to improve how to speak to people. The picture on the website of the pool has been taken very professionally as it in reality it looks significantly less appealing when there in person.

Beautiful residence; very friendly accommodating staff; small, clean pool; private off road parking; quiet location; hi-end facilities; several local restaurants with others only a short drive away - you need to book well in advance of your stay; our host Camille was lovely and couldn't do enough both for ourselves and what appeared for other residents also.

We stayed in the room "Les Petits Poisots" which is on the ground floor and felt exposed with regard to the bedroom and bathroom that could be overlooked from the rear; the mattress "topper" made the bed far too soft for our taste and coupled with the large square bouncy pillows led to a poor nights sleep; the toilet is separate from the bathroom at the opposite end of the room and has a light sensor rather than a switch causing the light to come on at all times of the day or night. It is always difficult to rate stays as "one mans meat is anothers poison" but Camille was very receptive to our comments and there is the possibility to remove the topper and have different pillows. Other rooms/apartments may negate some of our comments?
