Personnel sympathique, endroit calme
Propreté très moyenne. Il y avait des restes de nourriture sous le lit à notre arrivée. Les coins des pièces sont poussiéreux, toiles d’araignées qui pendouillent, ça sentait fort le renfermé en arrivant. Mobilier vieillot, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé pour autant, c’était fonctionnel.
Immense déception pour le petit déjeuner : il faisait grand beau, 25 degrés les 2 matins pourtant la terrasse n’était pas installée pour y prendre le petit déj. Nous y sommes quand même allés, nous avons dressé nous même les tables. Il y avait beaucoup de crottes d’oiseaux au sol et sur les chaises, clairement pas fraîches du jour. Sérieux manque d’entretien, pourtant ça prendrait pas beaucoup de temps au personnel de passer un coup de balais le matin et d’installer un coin confortable. Dommage, cet établissement a du potentiel mais il est mal entretenu. Nous n’y retournerons pas.

Heel vuil , stoffige kasten geen kledij valiezen uitgehaald veel te vies. Vuile terras . In de koelkast zat er nog voeding van de vorige huurder.

Geen parking, vechten voor parkeerplaats. Ondergrondse parking te betalen er waren ook geen vrij.

La taille de l'appartement, formalités d'entrée rapides. Le calme, la piscine.
Pas de prises électriques pour la cafetière et la bouilloire sur le plan de travail, tout était au sol. Pas pratique.

Ruim appartement. Zeker ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. Rustige locatie. Altijd parkeerplaats bij het hotel. Hondvriendelijk
De hygiëne was niet top. Haren, stof en een oude sok onder het bed.
Er was een klepje stuk aan de afwasmachine alsook aan de verwarming werkte de bediening niet goed.
Bed was ook versleten. Latten van het bed schoten los. Het appartement was dus verouderd.
Terras was ook kleiner dan verwacht. Op de foto's leek het groter.

Facing the lake, walking distance to the supermarket , the location is great. The flat is big, clean and the beds are comfortable. Two balconies are bonus.

Helpful and kind staff, dealt particularly well with a rude customer in the queue before us. Nice apartments, great view, great price. Hadn't slept that well in ages. BTW it's a good idea to book the underground car park spaces and the breakfast. It was lovely. We will go back.

Late check in procedure was easy to follow. Location is excellent and great value for money!
It's a little dated but clean and comfortable with everything you need.

The location. it was very close to where I needed to be.
Bedrooms were clean. Beds in the rooms were comfortable. Nice to have a kitchen /eating area. We were provided with soap to clean the dishes and use the dishwasher.
The facility is showing its age. Many lights were only partially working, notably in the bathroom. The table was dirty. Greasy and sticky at the same time. The decorative fixtures on the door handles were loose and made noise whenever a door was opened.

Great location, Just 15-20 min walk to the town centre. Impressive views of the lake and mountains. Spacious apartment with everything you need.Good wifi connection. Nice easy check in process, even if you turn up late.
Parking spaces a bit of a challenge as there are not enough outside spaces for everyone. So do please bear that in mind, it's well worth it to pay the 5 euro charge per day to use the underground parking- That if your vehicle fits as there is a height restriction :(( Ours didn't fit.

Be prepared to take your rubbish away, to make sure you leave anything clean as you find. if you need rubbish bags, toilet rolls or anything, you have to go and ask at the reception. This is a bit crazy.
Well, as I said to the reception lady, we pay for this services and we didn’t take the rubbish away

I felt welcome and very comfortable. The apartment has everything I needed. It was a bit worn out but clean and good for the price. I enjoyed the sauna a lot.
There was no shower in the sauna, which made it a bit difficult. I had to return the key all sweaty and shower in my room.
