The place is nice but overpriced and would have been a terrible experience hadn’t we changed rooms as the location next to a very busy street makes the rooms very loud making it impossible to rest unless you dont care about loud street noises and partying people at night. The staff was friendly and changed our room to a quieter one but i was stressed reading google reviews about the place being located next to a night club and people complaining they couldn’t sleep at night from the loud partying.

It’s very well located, near main streets, the room was very comfortable and clean, you will find almost anything you need in there. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room didn’t have windows so you fell locked without having notion of the weather or if it’s day or night. There was no closet and it was a little uncomfortable for getting the clothes out of the wallet. There is no elevator so you have to use spiral stairs that where also uncomfortable for the suit cases.

The room was small, but tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. The place was clean.

The room did not have a window. This is the first time ever that I've been in a hotel room without a window. This was not advertised or apparent when I booked the room, nor is there any information about this on their website. A window is a basic minimum in any room and is to be expected. unless the room is in a bunker or cellar.

VERY VERY NOISE. It is closed to a private house that organice private parties with extremely loud music. Do not book it if you are expecting to sleep at night. The windows shakes with the music. The staff offered us ear noise blocker as solution. This means that it happens frequently it was not a causality.

The location by far was one of its best feature. It was safe to walk around and it was walking distance to many services such as restaurants, ATMs, parks, churches, etc.

If your room is facing to the street, you feel like you are sleeping on the street. The noise level is terrible.

they made us sign a paper right before giving us the keys (so after we paid for the rooms) saying we won’t request our money back due to a very loud music event going on from 7pm to 3am the sheets were dirty, as in there were stains and pubic hairs on them.

The location was great

We got there after 3 PM and the room wasnt ready, the bathroom had a cover for the sewage that looked disgusting, the paint in some parts of the walls was stained. The bathroom was so small my husband kept hitting his head everytime he tried going to the toilet. The robes were inconveniently over the toilet paper and you couldn't find it. The bed sheets were put on backwards. And to top it off when we went to check out the recepcionist went to check the room to make sure we didn't steal or break anything, I grew up with a mom that manages real 5 star boutique hotels and this racist behavior is completely unacceptable, I don't know if they thought we were going to steal anything because we were Central American or due to my dark skin, but this just speaks about their lack of respect for their paying customers. Never in my entire life in any of the countries I've visited or hotels I've stayed at was I treated with such disrespect. If you guys really want to call yourself "Boutique" you need to hire a new marketing and PR team that knows the definition of the word, cause you are in a serious need of rebranding.

There was no water in the bathroom after 10pm both nights. And nobody reallly seemed to care even tough i advised about it.

They informed us shortly before our stay that both nights there will be a party at the location. it was a horrible noisy night, we were not able sleep until 4 a.m. . A cancellation for the second night was not possible even though it was extremely noisy that night. We searched another hotel for the second night to get sleep. Extremely bad customer service, can not recommend!

The room was very nice and the part of the city is vibrant and interesting.

It was hard to get sleep because the road is very loud. Hotel staff does not really speak english. Maybe this is why they did not inform us how to manage to get hot water in the shower or how to open the safe. When we asked things worked out but a warm shower would have been nice at the first night. Our last evenening in México City ended early because the reception sent a message at 9pm that they will close the main door at 10pm and then leave and that it would not be possible to open the door until 8am. So we jumped in a Taxi and managed to get to the hotel right before they left….
