Las camas se movian y hacian mucho ruido con cualquier movimiento. No se pudo descansar.

No es la primera vez que me
Quedo en este hotel y en época de lluvia siempre presenta goteras. Se condensa el AC y lo reportas y nunca hacen nada

La ubicación está muy bien y el personal es muy amable. La cama era grande y cómoda.
En general el hotel está un poco anticuado. Todo funciona bien y es un hotel aceptable, pero se nota en los baños, la entrada, etc que tiene bastantes años.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy cerca al ángel, la zona rosa y a roma. Puedes encontrar cafés y restaurantes en la zona. En verdad muy central a todo. Las habitaciones son grandes, las camas muy cómodas y los baños están bien.

Excellent staff that were courteous and helpful.
Victor, the hotel concierge spoke good English, and was a “true Gentleman “ to us. Hotel is in a good location , walkable to many restaurants . Easy bus service to Chapultepec Park and Anthropology Museum.
Minor complaint / website showed coffee makers in room, but apparently after COVID pandemic they have been removed.

Die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt an der Stelle zu erkunden … dutzende Kaffees, Restaurants etc. Wirklich freundliches Personal…
Klimaanlage im Zimmer, welche eigentlich ein Monsterventilator war. Die Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen, man ist also auf die “Anlage” angewiesen. Laut wie ein landender Jet am Flughafen… jede Nacht. Oder ersticken. Im mexikanischen Sommer muss das noch furchtbarer sein. Wer bei Lärm schlafen kann und keinen Wert auf normale Atmung legt wird sicher tolle Tage hier verbringen können

Lobby is super dull. There’s no refrigerator and kettle in the room, I don’t know how you call it a four star hotel. The facility is like a 2 star hotel.

Que a las 8 de la mañana aproximadamente, empezó a funcionar el extractor de aire de la habitación y es muy ruidoso. Al final, nosotros trasnochamos y todavía estábamos dormidos, entonces nos espantó.

The staff is very attentive and pleasant.
The view from 410 was just ok. 1/2 of the window view was the ugly block wall. The cold faucet leaked when you used the hot faucet.

Great location and comfortable hotel! 2 blocks from Angel de la independence. An Uber to any of the main attractions of the city is USD$12 average. Great area, completely safe to walk at any time and plenty of food options (street or restaurants of any type).

This is my second time staying here, it was just for 1 night this time, the location is very convinient for me as it is in the Reforma area where I work, TV worked this time, is very clean and has everything I need to have a comnfortable stay

Excellent location. many stores and public transport stops are nearby. Courtesy water was a nice detail given one should not directly drink tap water.

The hotel is situated in a very nice part of town with cafes, restaurant, currency exchange and convenient stores nearby. The staff was very helpful and car valet was included.
There was only one minor hiccup: the AC on one of the rooms went out and it got pretty hot. When we told the front desk they immediately got staff to take a look but they weren’t able to fix it that same night.

Just about everything except a loud neighboring/family with screaming loud kids but I brought it to the staffs attention after knocking on his door myself to advise of the hassle. Close to the Angel of Independence so super handy to the bus system and walking to eateries in Juarez & Roma Norte. Not perfect but pretty damned good.

Good location with access to a lot of tourist attractions. Walking distance to great restaurants.
The walls for the rooms were not very sound proof and if you had inconsiderate neighbours it can make your stay unpleasant.
