This is a great base for fun things to do in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or even for a day trip to the Keys if you’re interested. The property staff always answered when I called and were helpful. The cleaning instructions and rules were simple and easy to follow. We had a great week and will be back again!

The property was exactly as listed. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The pool was great and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out. We had a problem with one of the drains in a shower and a plumber was sent the same day. We would stay there again.

The property is as listed. We were with 3 couples and 1 single so it was very refreshing to see 4 king size beds, especially since we have 3 larger people and one pregnant momma. Arrival was very easy, as was check out. Laundry was outside which took a little time to find. Spa is not a hot tub and was very chilly but pool was beautiful. We did have a plumbing problem day one. We called and the maintenance team beat us to the house and we were already in the car driving back from the beach. Very impressive. Tree roots and a broken pipe was the issue. Replacement pipe was being laid the following morning, quickly and quietly. You wouldn't even know the ground was dug up if you weren't there. As for the house, it's a little worn. Definitely needs some paint, hard water clean up on bathrooms and pool. Could use some cleaning supplies such as a mop (which we bought and left) had a bottle break day one and was on our hands and knees washing the kitchen floor because there was nothing else to use. However, all said and done, we would definitely go back to stay.

The location of the house is amazing; close to the beach, grocery store, CVS, etc. You'll have everything you need in a short distance. I would say that, the pool, and the 4 bed/3 bath (important for big families and hard to find) are the only thing that make this house great. Everything else was pretty basic. There were two spots in the house where the floors weren't finished and my grandmother kept stubbing her toes on the part by the front door. One of that bathroom's showers clogged every time and that same bathroom's toilet barely flushed. Wifi was iffy. Kept trying to stream and movie and it paused every 5-10 minutes. House is spacious! Beds were comfy. TV in every room was nice. The pool being heated is awesome, especially for cooler months and night swimming and I understand there is a fee BUT when I called the property manager (ValGal not VRBO) they told me it was already included in the price. But then just two weeks before my stay, I got hit with a $50 pool heating fee AND an extra $50 booking fee (which I already paid through VRBO when I initially booked the house). I don't mind paying for the pool heating fee, it was just that I was told it was already included and then when I called about the charge I was told "I never said that" and was they didn't refund me that extra $50 booking fee. Because of that, I don't know if I would recommend this place to anyone (it's the principle of it). I'm just kind of left feeling "eh" about the place. It was OK.

The house is just like the photos. Large living space with the bedrooms at the 4 corners so that the guests do not disturb one another. The 3 bathrooms are very convenient, each with a shower. The pool is lovely and there is a nice outdoor area as well. The house is not new but in good shape and the artwork on the walls adds to the tropical feeling. I would rent here again.

The house was spacious and comfortable. We did have to clean the kitchen counters and drawer handles. The floors were not mopped. The owner was responsive to our calls in a prompt time.

Great location in Hollywood not far from beach, restaurants, etc. Very clean and well equipped with a functional kitchen for people who like to do some at home meals when traveling. Although we did not use the pool it looks nice. BBQ grill has no propane however. House could use some minor updates and repairs and a fresh coat of paint but it is very clean and met our needs for visiting with my elderly mother who lives in Hallandale only about 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay again. Owner does require two additional contracts to be signed but we had no problem with that. Wifi signal in and out but might have been due to stormy weather while we were there. All in all, despite stormy weather and rain, we had a good time and liked the house with 4 bedrooms to accommodate 4 adults.

This place was amazing. We had no issues checking in. Pool was perfect for our teen/adults. Home was fully stocked with everything needed. Towel, utensils, bedding.. everything.

We enjoyed our stay in Florida. The home is literally 3 minutes from beautiful Hollywood Beach. The house layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths was perfect for our family of 3 couples. The baby crib in the master was extremely nice to have for our grandson. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt pretty safe during our stay. Valerie stay in contact during our stay to make sure we had what we needed.

It was a great place, very relaxing, no issues parking or getting around. The pool was nice but the pool water seemed to be a bit stagnant, fountain was not flowing well. Anyways we really had a great time. If you are looking for a pristine high end place to stay this may not be it. Bathroom doors were hard to close and open. One of the showers were leaking. We really didn't mind. The place was spacious, had washing and drying machine, coffee maker and plenty of kitchen utensils. I would go back for sure.

We had a great week at this house. It is in a quiet neighborhood near everything. There were a few small things that make other houses that we have rented better. Some people pay attention to small detail and I would say this house does not. That makes a good house stand out but over all we had a great time. The dish disposal in the sink did not work great everything else was good!

The location is close to the airport, beach, Lauderdale-Hollywood ECT. The house layout worked wonderfully for our family and was spacious enough for all 8 of us. The beds were very comfortable. Some areas of concern: 1. When we entered the rental we were greeted in the living room by a cockroach. Later in the week we found lots of baby cockroaches in the dishwasher and one in the toaster. 2. The ad states the pool cleaners come 2x a week. While someone did indeed come never was the pool vacuumed. The bottom of the pool was dirty from the time of our arrival to departure. 3. The kitchen is not fully stocked as described. The plastic bowls still had sticker residue on the bottoms of them. It was very haphazardly stocked. 4. The outdoor area does not match the pictures. Trees have been cut down and the foliage is not the same. The dining area is worn and the lounge chairs were dirty and cracked. The grill is covered in rust. 5. The ad states “all new” but truly the property is rough around the edges. I shared this review w the property owners and all I received was a form letter response. Wouldn’t stay here again.

After communicating the pool service was sent again but nothing changed. The yard, grill and seating area are in poor condition.In house the beds were comfortable and bathrooms adequate. We never turned on the TVs. The kitchen was stocked okay, though no toaster. It can just be better.The door code / lock failed one night and service at the after hours phone number was very prompt. We were helped in less than 10 minutes. In the end there are numerous little things that add up. Of the houses / condos we have rented over the years this one is near the bottom. Perhaps it is priced accordingly? You decide.

Sehr nah an Hollywood Beach. Liegt günstig zwischen Miami und Fort Lauderdale. Toller Pool. Schöner großer Wohn- und Essbereich DENNOCH: Saueberkeit bei Ankunft war mäßig. Ausstattung spärlich und teilweise abgenutzt (alte Pfannen, unscharfe Messer...) . Wenig Steckdosen bzw nicht nutzbar, da verputzt. Teilweise modriger Geruch in Schränken.

Vi var två barnfamiljer som bodde här en vecka under nyår. Boendet var perfekt för oss med närhet till strand, affärer och restaurang. Barnen älskade den härliga poolen som med glädje hoppade i direkt efter frukost. Under den här veckan gjorde vi många utflykter och det gick snabbt att ta sig snabbt ut till de större vägarna. Huset hyrdes ut via ValGal i Miami som proffsigt svarade på alla frågor. Behövdes något åtgärdas så hjälpte de till med detta omgående. Boendet kändes välstädat och rent och vi hade inget att anmärka på. Det finns grill och en härlig uteplats i huset där man kan sitta och äta middag på kvällarna. Vi köpte gas och hade härliga bbq i sann "american style" med poolen i bakgrunden. Om vi ska hitta något som vi tyckte var mindre bra så var det att vi fått uppfattning att vattenfallet var igång hela tiden men dessvärre gick det bara igång några timmar på kvällen. Därav så blir betyget 4 stjärnor annars hade det blivit full pott Vi kommer gärna tillbaka. Vänligen Martin

We loved the property,there were a few things that needed attention,toilet didn’t flush properly tv didn’t work because no batteries in the control,pool very dirty jucuzzee didn’t work,patios needed to be cleaned,we had a leaky roof which made it very slippery on the floor tiles BB very dirty peddle bin broken sharp edges pool rod broken These were just little things that makes a lot of difference On the positive the welcome basket nice touch pool good kitchen well equipped rooms good size towels very good Air condition good seating good BB good washer dryer good We loved the house but small things make such a big difference when you are spending so much on renting the house for a holiday then you expect a little bit more attention to details then you leave with happy memories and want to go back and recommend it to family and friends. The service we had from ValGal could of been better our deposit took more than the seven to ten days overall fairly good. Ned Latchman

The property was just as expected ...pictures and descriptions were reflective of the actual property. We loved the pool which was very private. The house was clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. Great beaches are just minutes away. One other note, the management company, Val Gal, was great. They responded quickly to our questions, allowed us to check in a few hours early and promptly returned our deposit following the visit. We hopefully will be visiting this property again soon.
