We’ve stayed at a couple different places in Vista Cay. This place is Hands Down the best we’ve stayed it. Very responsive host and condo was amazing! Will definitely be staying here again!

Super clean, very spacious, 10ft ceilings, place was better than pictures showed, well maintained, wash/dryer, plates, cups, silverware, knives(better than we have at home), very close to the pool. It was easy to walk and drive around the grounds. Can't say enough great things about this condo. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at VistaCay on numerous occasions and this property, managed by ITZ, exceeded our expectations. Very clean, quite, and comfortable. We could not believe how well equipped the unit was with "starter" supplies and a welcome basket. Overall excellent, we will stay here again.

Great unit! Clean, comfortable, spacious, owner was very responsive to our request to get into the unit 30 min early unexpectedly. Master bathroom is huge! Property location was perfect for us as well. Would book again!

much nicer alternative to staying in a hotel because it felt like home. The unit was spacious and comfortable, and the location is great. The family enjoyed the playing billiards and foosball downstairs. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket and that everything was provided including laundry and dishwashing pods and sponge, shampoo. Some felt the beds were too soft but I thought it was very comfortable. Would stay here again when we’re back in Orlando.

Enjoyed our stay, close to food, activities, and the Orange County Convention center. Property and rental was clean, spacious, and easy to check into. Found the rental loaded with all the basic items we needed, along with a welcome basket. Property management was quick to respond to questions and requests… I would recommend this property to family and friends…

I cannot say enough about this rental. I have stated at Vista Cay and used ITZ many time. This unit has been my favorite. Comfort, location, convenience, excellent serveice and communications. I hope to rent this until again soon.

Better Than Listing Described
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The unit was beautiful, amenities were great, and location was perfect! Very clean and nice touches with gift basket and ponchos. We really enjoyed the pool, pool bar, and the movie at the pool Friday night. I’ll definitely be back!

February 2022 Stay
Property was as presented. Building was well kept; every thing was in good condition; Area was quiet; WiFi was good for remote work when needed; Facilities were good and in excellent location to OC Convention Center; Parking is adequate. The ITZ Vacations group who leased the property were good to work with. VRBO group was easy to book with. I would stay here again and recommend Vista Cay for either businiess or personal travelers.

Loved the 3 bedroom penthouse that we enjoyed for 8 days. The unit was beautifully laid out, nicely furnished and immaculate. This rental was well equipped and provided a secure and pleasant environment. In addition, the community pool area was beautiful and so enjoyable to enjoy Florida’s sun. The only negative were the mattresses...could use new ones as they were all somewhat uncomfortable. Otherwise, we would highly recommend the property...almost forgot, really liked having the use of full washer and dryer!
