The peaceful and quietness of the place and the strong wifi connection
The inconvenience as there were no plugs in the bedroom, we had to charge our pjones and laptops in the kitchen, there was only one extension cord in the bedroom which was used to plug the bedside lamps.

De gastheer en vrouw waren bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hadden goede tips voor bezienswaardigheden en zeer goede tips voor restaurateurs in de omgeving. De cottage zelf was prima.

The privacy, the separate entrance and the garden. The location was good, the host was friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The host made safe drinking water available just as an addition.
The towels to be fabric softened, I found them harsh to the skin. Otherwise no other concern at all I can stay here again. Good value for money.

Fantastic, self-sufficient accommodation. I had a very quiet and peaceful stay there, and the owners Lesley and Ruben were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. I particularly loved the pretty little private garden, and the beautiful birds there. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊 Alex.

We had an excellent stay. The hosts were very kind and friendly. They even came over during loadshedding to make sure we were ok, and provided us with charged lights.

Leslie an Ruben are lovely hosts. Their beautiful house is located in a well situated and safe area.
Accomodation is well equipped with a lot of care for details. Own Garden space for the guests and additional terrace. Perfect also for a couple with 1 child.
We felt very welcome and can highly recommend this pearl.

Ruben kindly let me watch the Liverpool match on his TV during load-shedding, even though his beloved Spurs were also playing. That’s hospitality! everything else was excellent, too.

Beautiful setting, lovely tranquil garden, clean and neat, nice touches like tea coffee milk. Very nice area, close to the Knysna Heads and CrossFit Knysna. Great, safe parking.
We were there for 1 night only which was perfect. For longer stays maybe would suit just 2 people as the lounge could get a bit crowded with the daybed being used as a bed and extra bags on the lounge floor made it a bit cluttered.
no door on main bedroom, not very spacious lounge area especially with my teenager sleeping on the day bed.

Lovely garden, lovely space but very cluttered with unnecessary ornaments, useless tables. Very cramped and hard to move around in. Not an empty surface space to put anything on. All taken up with ornaments or pillows. Less is more. Very artistically done but remember people come in with their own things so need space to put them. Otherwise lovely

Crescent Cottage has got to be one of the best-kept secrets! We absolutely loved our stay there. It is a cute, comfortable cottage that is well-appointed and has outstanding privacy leading out from the deck, surrounded by bird song in the beautiful trees. Just a 10-min walk from the lagoon and about half an hour's walk to Leisure aisle. Lesley & Ruben are friendly, warm hosts and have a lovely home.
The only complaint was that our stay was too short!
But we hope to rectify that on our next visit.

A charming little cottage, set apart from the main house. The hosts were great and very helpful. The rooms had all the amenities we needed, and the private garden was quiet and lovely.
