We had 12 people in the villa for a week (10 adults & 2 children) it was perfect for our needs.
The villa worked for us, both inside and outside space, it was easy to reach Cala D'or (5 minutes by car) but also the surrounding areas with a trip back to Palma in one hour.
It is worth having a car as taxis are slightly complicated as a villa pickup location (it is easy to get back there from CalaD'or.)
ROIG provides a great car hire & transfer service at reasonable rates when needed.
Final positive comment relates directly to the owner who was fantastic from start to finish. Thank you for making things so easy.

There were 11 in our party across four generations, the Villa had enough space & facilities to accommodate all of us easily. It was clean, with plenty of out door space, with shade in many places throughout the day. Although the Villa is not far from Cala d’Or we’d suggest you hire a car. The host was nothing but helpful before & during our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Gatona. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The pool and outside area was perfect for our young family.
The house is well equipped with everything that you will need.

This house is beautiful and a perfect fit for our group. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and sunny and spacious, the living room has a cozy fireplace which is a must in February. The property owner was so helpful and addressed all of our needs. Would definitely recommend this house to a group for an excellent experience in Mallorca.

This is a lovely villa in a quiet rural location, but a short walk/drive from the local shops, restaurants and beaches.
Everyone loved the spacious villa which had everything we needed. Pool was great and much used, especially by the kids.
The host Lone was a pleasure to deal with both before and during our stay, very helpful and prompt with her replies.
Not a negative, but as noted by others, and advised by Lone herself, a car is highly recommended both for shopping and recycling trips. The town is a close walk but the road is not the best for pedestrians.
All in all, highly recommended. My family and our friends would happily stay again.

Spacious Villa
The check in/out process and communication with the host was excellent. The host messaged on the day of arrival to let us know the house was ready earlier than expected and then personally greeted us upon our arrival. The welcome basket was perfect!
The house is very spacious, clean, equipped with all kitchen essentials (and beyond). The pool was a refreshing retreat from the unseasonably warm weather. Two binders are provided with detailed information regarding the house and local attractions. Located within driving distance to a variety of beaches, restaurants and marinas.

Wunderschöne Finca die keine Wünsche übrig lässt
Wir haben die Finca aufgrund ihrer großzügigen Räumlichkeiten und guten Lage für knapp 10 Tage gebucht und waren durchweg zufrieden. Wir und unsere Gäste haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber, sodass sich jeder in seinen Räumlichkeiten zurückziehen kann. Küche und Wohnraum waren ebenfalls bestens ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus ist Lone eine außerordentliche Gastgeberin, die immer schnell zu erreichen ist und beste Empfehlungen weitergibt.

Saubere Top Finca
Unser erste Fincaurlaub war ein Traum. Die Betreuung durch die Verwalterin Lone und villas2rentMallorca war Sehr gut! Die Finca übertraf unsere Erwartungen und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage der Finca ist durch die 5 Minuten Entfernung zu Cala Ferrera einzigartig. Abends ist es auf der Finca wunderbar ruhig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Die Finca hat alles, was man braucht.
Sie liegt ruhig, aber dennoch erreicht man schnell Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Meer und den Ort Cala d´ Or.
Der Kontakt im Vorfeld und die gesamte Organisation vor Ort sind perfekt.

Very well appointed villa. Tastefully decorated. Spacious and well maintained.
With young children you need a car but the town can be reached by a 20 minute easy walk.
A peaceful location in the rustic countryside. The cockerels will be your alarm call in the morning.

Alles super sauber und gepflegt.
Top Lage, sehr ruhig gelegen aber in 5 min in der Stadt oder am Strand.
Einzig kleine Verbesserungsvorschlag, die Straße zur Villa. Sehr holperig und eng. Schwer zu befahren.

Amazing Villa
Just returned from a week in this amazing villa, even better than expected. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was perfect. The villa is so well equipped, clean and spacious. There was 10 of us ranging from 11to 80 and everyone was bowled over with the villa. It’s secluded but not too far from the centre, great for chilling out. I would highly recommend this villa, we will certainly be coming back

Fantastic villa in a great location
Our family could not have asked for a better villa for our first family holiday abroad. There was nothing that could have made the villa any better; it had everything we needed, it was in a great location and the villa itself was spectacular. The service we received throughout from beginning to end was excellent and any questions I had were always answered straight away. Many thanks for a great holiday, would 100% stay again :)

Lovely spacious and comfortable villa with large pool
We loved it. Ideal for our family of 8 adults, 4 children and 2 babies, with comfortable communal spaces where we could all be together and sufficient other areas where people could be on their own or in small groups. Very well equipped. Location excellent, just a couple of miles from the town of Cala D'Or and just a few minutes drive from numerous beautiful small coves. And extremely prompt and positive response from the owner when we reported a minor deficiency or suggested an improvement for future holiday-makers.

Very pleasant journey!
We had some wonderful days in Cala D'or, the location is quiet and beautiful. The property was very tidy, clean and well maintained. The service was excellent and welcomed us in our native language. We got everything we needed.
Cala D'or is a good place for eating and shopping, but the beaches in the area are a little bit too crowded for our taste.
All in all we highly recommend this villa and the location. We surely coming back.

Spacious Holiday Home
The villa was of a high standard, well equipped and also very clean. We were a party of 10 adults and 2 children and found the property spacious and close to the sea. This is a well maintained property inside and outside, with a lovely pool and we would love to return again very soon.

Schöne Finca bei Cala d´Or
Wir waren für 2 Wochen mit 10 Leuten in der Finca und haben uns vom ersten bis letzten Trag sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist exzellent, die große überdachte Terrasse mit Grill supergemütlich. Die Finca war sehr gepflegt, sauber und die Kücheneinrichtung für jeden Bedarf gerüstet. Sehr ordentliches und höfliches Reinigungspersonal, Frau Sorensen selbst kümmerte sich sehr gut um uns, es blieben keine Wünsche offen.
Wir können die Finca nur empfehlen.

Absolutely beautiful villa
Absolutely beautiful villa. Three families stayed age range 7 -84 yrs and everyone had a fantastic time, we couldn't get the children out of the pool! We would've benefited by hiring a car but for one weeks stay managed with walking and taxis, which were very reasonable. We enjoyed staying in and having bbqs for 3 nights, which was lovely with the well light pool area. I would definitely recommend this villa it looks exactly like the photos. I look forward to visiting again one day soon.

Wondeful home, even better than on the pictures. We did enjoy the nearby beaches specially Cala Sanau with the beach-bar. In the evening we did walk into the centre of Cala Ferrera, as the kids loved the big playgrounds. We also had some nice BBQ dinners at home. The pool and gardens is amazing, we have enjoyed our stay so much... Excellent service, thanks.

Best Villa-Holiday ever
Wondeful home, even better than on the pictures.
