Absolutely beautiful property and surrounding farmland. Lovely open place living with wood fire and cozy seating. Beds wonderfully comfortable. Hosts so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to return one day.

We all had a wonderful time during our 4 night stay. Between waking up to cows outside our window to having a short walk to see the chickens, to sitting around the fireplace each evening, it was a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely property and perfect for an alternative place to work remotely. The bucolic views provided the change of scenery we needed. also perfectly located to have easy drives to the Cotswolds highlights. A couple of nice pubs nearby too which were easy drive away. Only wish we’d had better weather - perhaps we’ll revisit in the summer so we can try that pool.

Beautiful setting and very peaceful. Lovely surrounding countryside and villages. Also very close to Blenheim Palace which was a fantastic day out. The natural pool was an added bonus especially on a warm, sunny day.

We were a group of 5 doctoral researchers at differing stages of our research, looking for a place to be relaxed yet focussed for a three days writing retreat. Kate and Ben’s place certainly fit the bill. The facilities are excellent and the surroundings are truly idyllic.

We were three couples looking for a relaxing weekend away from our London lives and this property was just perfect. It was a great open space for socialising together in the evenings. We had a lovely country walk and pub lunch together during Saturday and back to the barn for a relaxed evening cocktails & dinner. Turley Farm is a truly magical place and a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is spacious, quiet, and surrounded by natural beauty. Our younger children were so enthralled and excited to interact with the animals, the garden, and all the friendly people at Turley Farm. Ben and Kate have also done a masterful job with the barn itself. All of the finishings are upgraded and there are so many small details that show a level of care and craftsmanship. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and then some. Thank you Ben and Kate!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Kate and Ben's property. The house was immaculate and stylish yet functional. Kate and Ben were extremely welcoming, inviting our young children to help feed their chickens and collect their eggs. A fantastic stay which we hope to repeat. We would recommend highly.

My fiancé and I stayed at the cottage and celebrated our engagement with a party at the venue. Stunning location, very picturesque setting. The couple that own the property were delightful and Gigi and I genuinely feel that we have made new friends. Overall marks for the cottage, we both agreed 10/10!!

Superb property, great location and ideal for a getaway

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenage children) have just returned from a wonderful 4-night stay in Ben and Kate's converted barn. It was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful property, very livable kitchen and den (complete with a wood-burning stove that kept us warm during the June cold spell!), and 3 bedrooms that allowed us all to sleep well after fun days exploring the Cotswolds. Ben and Kate were lovely to deal with, making check-in and check-out extremely easy, and letting us know that they were there for us, should we need anything to make us comfortable. Pictures are accurate; the place was so relaxing and beautiful. Although it was quite cold during our visit, we will always enjoy our (brief) dip in the natural pond (water temperature was 65 F at the time -- my daughter and I made memories for a lifetime!). The property was very convenient to all of our journeys into the Cotswolds, as well as to Oxford. Grocery stores were about 10 minutes away, and some restaurants were even closer. Overall, Ben and Kate's property made for a great place to stay and enjoy the English countryside. We know we have more of the world to see, but we also would very much love a return trip to this beautiful part of the UK (and would jump at the chance to stay in the this lovely property again!). Thank you, Ben and Kate, for opening up this property to us. We will always remember our time there, and truly appreciate your hospitality.

We could not have enjoyed our stay at Turley Farm more. We are a family of 4 (kids 12 and 14) and we could not have asked for a better experience. The farm allowed for just what we needed and had hoped for. Ben and Kate were very welcoming. The property was absolutely beautiful as was the 'farm' house. We were only there two nights but wish we had been able to stay a week. We hope to return someday. Thank you Ben and Kate!

Booked this as a place to stay with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding. Such a beautiful barn in even more beautiful surroundings. Kate was a great host. Would definitely come back to stay again.

Ben and Kate are gracious hosts to this gorgeous property. The barn was comfortable and tastefully furnishes. My boys LOVED all the animals on the farm, especially the new puppies. Hope to come again!

Thank you, Kate and Ben. We rented from May 6th and left today :-( We had the most fabulous time at the mini barn. We loved the walks, the animals and the drives in the general area. Lots to do and see and we also enjoyed just hanging out in front of the fireplace reading and relaxing. Ultra great accommodations, shared with friends and family in the area. We hope to be back! Lovely, private residence with everything you need.

Ben and Kate were fantastic hosts and a lot of fun. The pool in front of their homes is quite extraordinary. Very good for families and fun. The farm animals are a rare treat for our city bound children. It was also nice to be in the English Countryside but so close to so many amenities in the Cotswolds and Oxford. A great place to visit!

Lovely place, especially for young children who can all enjoy country farm experiences, and for adults getting away from the madding crowd. Comfortable, light filled converted barn with modern amenities worked well for the six of us. Good selection of nearby pubs and restaurants made our experience that much more enjoyable. Swimming in the fresh water pond/pool, feeding pigs and ducks, and visits by the adorable boxer Hilda (who occasionally ran off with frisbees and badminton gear) were particular delights for our grandchildren. Kate and Ben gave us many helpful suggestions and were there to assist if necessary.

The six of us fell in love with the little barn, and all its lovely, furry friends. The grounds are splendid, and the rooms tastefully appointed in every detail. It was peaceful to sit outside in the garden and have a meal or sip a glass of wine and chat. The “swimming hole” was a refreshing way to enjoy the farm. It was a magnificent find that I will share with others. I most grateful to our hosts Kate and Ben!!!
