Lovely. Wonderful property at a wonderful location. Awesome view of the ocean. Weather was perfect. Sanderlings restaurant was great. Friendly staff. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Outdoor gas firepit at night was so relaxing. Nice paved walkway down to the beach made it easier to access the ocean. Only minor complaint was the parking spots are way too narrow which made it difficult to get in and out of your car.

Our daughter, son-in-law, and new grandson live in Aptos. We wanted a place to stay that would feel like vacation as well as allow us to visit our new grandson. Our guests were able to visit us and we loved the beautiful ocean view. Hiking paths were easy to get to as well! Loved the fitness center, nearby shopping, restaurant and pool access. We will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at Seascape in the past and like the beach, the quiet, and surroundings. This unit was fantastic. Everything worked. It was a rainy stay so really enjoyed being able to stay inside with a meal and fireplace in-between taking walks on the beach. Place was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Will stay again.

This was a perfect little spot for me and my now fiance! Perfect walk to the beach and amazing location. I actually proposed right on the patio!

The unit was nice and clean. The fridge however leaked throughout our stay, even though I moved it out a bit to ensure the door could be closed.

The peaceful ocean view was breathtaking. We sat the chairs in front of the view and just relaxed. We were close enough to the Seascape shops to get “emergency” ice cream, and far enough away from traffic to have peace. It was a lovely walk to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this condo to anyone staying in the Monterey area. We enjoyed listening to the ocean in the evening. The views from the balcony are fantastic. The updates to the condo are well done. There's very little we would suggest. The only confusing part to us was understanding the directions to the unit itself. It's located in the same building with the resort lobby and there is underground garage parking available. There is also a washer and dryer available in the garage for guest use. You do need to make sure you have laundry soap. It's nice to have access to the bar and restaurant on site. The property is also lovely to enjoy with a pool, spa, walking paths, seating areas, and gas fire pits.

Worked out great—parked in garage -next to elevator,delivered us almost to the door. Note to owner,tub is very slippery ,recommend a matt and or grab bars.

It was great to sit on the patio and see the ocean. Very clean place . Elevator to parking garage . A toaster oven would of been nice. The hot water could of been hotter.( not the fault of owner). I would definitely stay there again.

Came for a mini moon Place was super easy to access, no dealing with the hotel lobby Access to pool and hot tub /spa and the hotels beach. Lovely mini balcony with great views Huge bed !

Loved the condo and looking forward to staying again. A little confusion with VRBO owners and booking direct with the resort. Double check to reconfirm that the pools and shuttle service to and from the beach is included with the rate. Ours was a problem with the key but many VRBO and owners that do not go through the time share program are restricted from many resort amenities

Nice stay at Seascape! Great condo, lovely views, short little hike down to an awesome beach. Note there is no AC - which is fine most of the time as the natural AC makes it’s way over, and also the phone in the condo apparently has a setting that does not allow it to receive calls. The phone mattered when I gave the restaurant my room number for a meal pick up and they could not call thru. Easily fixed by leaving a cell number instead. Hope to be back soon.

Unit was beautiful and very comfortable. Based on the Vrbo description, I expected the washer and dryer to be inside the unit; however, they were in a shared laundry room downstairs inside the garage.

Let me preface this by saying my husband and I had a Wonderful 30th Anniversary trip. The location of the condo was perfect for visiting all of the Monterey Bay region. Easy drives north to Santa Cruz and South to Monterey as well as a day trip to San Jose. A couple of things to note, this was not a 1 bd 1 ba condo, it was however a nice large studio with a beautiful balcony overlooking one of the pools and the ocean. Unfortunately the use of the pools were not available to us as we were not staying in "the resort" - our keys did not work. Likewise the "Beach Front" access was quite a hike down to, and back up as the property is up on a cliff. The golf cart service was not available to us either as we understood it. Adding pool access and assistance for us older folks to be able to enjoy the beach better would have made this an A++ place to stay! Luckily we had many day trips planned and the weather was cool the week we were there so we only had energy to take some nice walks late in the day to enjoy the sunsets. Overall though, condo was lovely, resort was clean and well kept. Would love to stay again if access to pools and beach are upgraded! Thanks for everything.
