amazing resort. Pool was perfect temperature, super spa. free champagne at arrival. view of ocean was superb. access to beach possible by walking or complimentary ride with golf cart. Apartment was very good. Everything was perfect

Perfect location for a Santa Cruz trip. Out of the chaos and crowds but close enough to everything. Beach connected to property perfect to play and relax.

Good facilities. Large space. Great location.

Could have been more information about the local area, pool cards and where to get rid of trash. We didn’t know that pool cards were required until we got all the way down to the south pool.

Very well stocked unit (#104): dishes, tableware, glassware, bath towels, & pool towels for four; 2 pots & 2 pans; 2 beach chairs; 2 boogie boards; beach umbrella; pack & play; ironing board. There was also laundry detergent (free laundry in the parking garage). Two-burner stove top, small dishwasher and three ways to make coffee. Furniture is comfortable (sofa can also be a bed) and plenty of space (700+ sq ft). Lovely ocean/sunset view (three patio chairs). Not an issue for us but be aware there is no daily room service. You will have to take out your trash and recycling and make the bed (if you choose to do so). Bed is soft (vs firm) which is a pro or con depending on your preference.

Contact-free check-in didn’t work and we had to go to the lobby for directions (We booked an apt, confirmation was for a condo, all the park signage was for suites. Also we were directed to the North Parking Lot which didn’t have a sign). Upon entry the apartment had a very strong odor which turned out to be from a glass vessel in the bathroom filled with scented liquid. We moved that to the deck as soon as we figured it out. There was a booklet tucked away in the desk drawer with info about the unit and the area but it was light on details. Info for the Seascape property was a map (nothing about golf, spa, dining). AC didn’t seem to actually cool the unit but once the sun set it was quick to cool with the patio door open. Shower head dispersed wide spray and was not adjustable - probably only an issue if you have long or thick hair.

The mini condo was amazing. Exceptionally clean, bright, and welcoming. The view was beautiful with native plants in full bloom framing the direct view of the breakers. Close in to the main facility so easy access for mobility challenged folks.

I didn't like leaving....could have used another few days.

supreme location with unobstructed Ocean views. Well maintained and clean resort. Beautiful beyond words.
