Clean floors and windows.

Only steps are available to and from the room. It is impossible to bring your beach wagon to the door and unload it. All strollers, beach wagons or anything with wheels has to be brought up steps. It was very inconvenient for our daily beach trips.

The pool was wonderful and very well kept. The condo was very clean as well. Beautiful views.

The stairs in the unit were narrow and it seemed like now of the air went upstairs but overall nothing that was a major deal.

It was comfortable, nice, and close to everything we wanted to do.

The washing machine was broken, we found blood on a couple of the sheets, dirty fingerprints on cabinets and no extra sheets for the pullout couch downstairs.

Directions were confusing. Need a map. Also the door way to the balcony is a hazard. I tripped more than once.

The location was great for our needs! We could easily walk to the beach or to the sound. There were many extra touches added for guest convenience (like the USB access at the bedside, extra blankets and toiletries).

The shower in the bunk room had an issue that caused the water to spray out of the fixture onto the floor, and we couldn’t find the beach towels. But that’s just being nit picky. Overall a very comfortable place!

Convenient to what we love most, Fort Picking. Quiet , overlooks bay. We did appreciate the elevator.

The balcony overlooking the bay was a nice view. The space of the rooms and living were great. Lots of storage a plus. I appreciated sample size soap, detergent, and dish soap- I was not expecting that. Comfortable bed and sofa and extra bedding if needed We walked across the street to the beach, convenient store next door, and restaurant nearby.

Everything was good

NO working television in master and no working television in main area. Carpets were dingy. The apartment was very dated, I have paid less and had better accomadations.

the first night there we didn’t have any running water due broken water line on property that was bad sents we have 4 teenage girls the second day there was jack hammering at 7:30 in morning on building next to us and around 9 a/c Maintenance showed up to work on AC right after we ate breakfast the 3rd day right before we where leaving to go eat dinner the pest control Shows up to spray the whole condo for roaches that we did find dead the rest of the week 😅 the garbage Disposal only worked when it wanted to don’t no if was switch or Disposal 🤷‍♂️ the pool was clean and big but it needs some updates

The decor and amenities in the unit and outside as well. And comfortable, tasteful furniture. All the essentials were in the unit and even some things I wouldn't have expected. Check in and out was a breeze and I liked the periodic communication after the time of booking.

How far back from the bay it is and that there isn't much of a view of the ocean because the bedroom faces that direction and to have the curtains open to see out would expose our privacy (walkway to units passes right by that window) (kind of weird setup) and there is a taller building blocking the view. Also didn't like that you can't smoke on the balcony or anywhere except the smoking spot. My husband and I would have enjoyed being able to sit out back and have drinks while he smokes cigars. Also the table on the balcony is cute but would have preferred to have a few comfortable chairs to sit on while enjoying the view of the bay. The only problem was at check-in we were notified that is was ready much earlier which we were pleased about because we had wanted to get in sooner if possible, however the code they sent was wrong and we spent 30 mins trying to access the unit via telephone calls to vacasa and the property personal which are not on site. They finally were able to get us a new code (after several attempts) to access the unit but it was frustrating because we had all of our stuff out of the car and it was blazing hot outside. We did have a very enjoyable week otherwise.

Everything was really great and the view was so beautiful. There was enough room for a family of 6 and was very comfortable.

I really wanted to enjoy the view outside on the balcony but the door was locked and there was not way to go outside. The other issue I had was that the pool needed an access card to be able to unlock the gate. If it weren’t for the people already swimming there we wouldn’t of got in.

Not enough trash bags and paper towels.
