Family and friends came to town for a 65th birthday party. The house and Debi were absolutely amazing. We hope to be back!

The house is amazing - everyone in our group loved it. It is well-stocked, comfortable, spacious, and beautifully-decorated. Debi is super easy to work with. She responds quickly to questions and she catered two meals for us - her food is delicious and got rave reviews. It was the perfect spot for our gathering.

The house was perfect for all of our friends. The house is well furnished, and the kitchen well stocked. Debra was very easy to work with. Highly recommend this home.

There were 19 women that stayed on the property and it was absolutely wonderful. The house was better then we could have imagined. There was more than enough space for all of us. Debi was a wonderful host and even catered a breakfast which was amazing. I would highly recommend the Opal House to anyone looking to go to the Nashville area.

What a property! So many beds and bathrooms! The pool is great. We appreciated the welcome with cookies, the helpful notes around the house, the shampoo and body wash in the showers, a well stocked kitchen (spices and tools) , and great service. A storm went through while we were downtown and the power went out. They had a generator going before we returned. Very impressed.

Our group came down for a baseball tournament, The Greater Midwest Baseball World series. It was hot so having the pool was amazing for the kids. Even had the entire team and families over for a cookout with some Hattie B’s chicken. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Debi and Brad were fantastic hosts!

Wow, beyond our expectations! We had a wonderful stay - the house was perfect for all ages, a great place to call ‘home’ during our multiple generational vacation. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor living spaces and Debi’s hospitality and catering is top notch - nothing quite compares. We look forward to returning!

We loved everything about this property! My friends and I found ourselves saying "they've thought of everything" on a daily basis. Beautiful home with plenty of room for a large gathering (we were 17). Comfortable beyond our dreams. Honestly, I can't think of anything but positive things to say. Book it and have a ball!

The layout was great for each family group to have their own space. Loved all the bathrooms! Very well equipped too

This house is so beautiful, unique, and every single detail has been well thought out. It’s one of a kind, and just has a perfect vibe. The pictures do it no justice. They have thought of everything, and my family and I had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for a family trip or a girls trips.

Best house that we’ve stayed at!!! Four families of 8 adults with 5 children and we had plenty of space and privacy! The house is beautifully decorated, Debi had also left us delicious cookies. Definitely plan on coming back!

We traveled to Nashville area for a trip with family and friends to celebrate an anniversary, engagement, birthdays and retirement. We wanted to stay close to, but not right in the city. We were so happy we did! The city is great but this house was amazing! The number of beds and baths, the huge kitchen and dining area, the outdoor deck area with multiple tables and chairs and especially the amazing pool and hot tub made our time so enjoyable. Debi is a super awesome host and was available to answer all our questions immediately. I would love to visit again and would choose this property every time!

This property is beautiful inside and out. The inside is carefully curated with beautiful, unique pieces. Every space is different with its own beauty. I felt like I was in a boutique hotel or B&B! The hosts are WONDERFUL! Turns out Debi is a wonderful caterer as well so you have that bonus option. Power went out briefly during our stay - no worries, because they have a backup generator! Everything you need is there for the kitchen, pool, etc. - no need to overpack! My guests and I loved this experience and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Debi and Brad earned their title as " Superhosts"...and then some!! The Opal House is BEAUTIFUL! From the moment you walk through the door, we were greeted with a plate of their delicious cookies... they were eaten up rather quickly! All rooms were beautifully appointed. We lacked for nothing. We brought a lot of essential items(toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and filters) which in other VRBO's that r have stayed in was not provided. No worries here! They have thought of everything! So appreciated. The pool was wonderful, especially our 2 year old granddaughter who was the Flower Girl in the wedding we were down here celebrating! Lots of nature to keep her entertained...deer, baby fawn, chickens and horses in the neighborhood and frogs!! Thank you again Debi and Brad for your hospitality!!

RENT THIS AMAZING HOME!! It was the perfect home for a bachelorette weekend. There was 13 of us & it was so comfortable, clean, absolutely gorgeous and spacious enough to fit everyone easily. They thought of every little detail, seriously, down to the soaps and kitchen tools, the pools and hot tub, I mean every single thing was PERFECT! The owners are so nice and communicative. We can’t wait to go back again with another group because it truly felt like home away from home!!! Don’t look any further, book this home, you won’t regret it!

Our stay at the Opal House was perfect! Debi was a fantastic host, and the house was just as cute and clean (and more!) as the pictures. We had a large group and the house comfortably accommodated us all - plentiful sleeping arrangements, plenty of bathrooms to go around, an open-space kitchen/dining area/living room for gathering, and a great pool to lay around and soak up the Nashville sunshine! The house also wasn't too far from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone planning a large gathering or girls weekend!

This is an excellent house with lots of space for multiple people. We had six couples and had plenty of room, both individual space and space to spend time together as a group. House was extremely well stocked. Owners were easy to communicate with, and it's clear that they have put a lot of thought into making the stay enjoyable and anticipating needs. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I, our son and daughter-in-law, our daughter, son-in-law and our 3 grandchildren all stayed at this lovely home for a week at Easter. My brother and sister-in-law as well as my mom all came to the house several days for a lot of family time! We had so much fun! The property is very nice and spacious! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! A lot of gathering spaces both inside and outside! Debi is a fantastic host, she even had yummy homemade cookies for us when we arrived! Thank you so much !!!!

I had 10 family members stay at the home. It was one of the more clean vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. The owner/property manager was awesome and easy to communicate with. All of our family needs were satisfied and then some. We would highly recommend this home to other friends and family looking to stay in the area! This kids loved the heated pool and hot tub.

Overall this place is gorgeous, I was super happy with it! But the communication from host was very stressful and she made it very difficult to work with her. I also left a brand new hanger that said Mrs McCarthy on it I was going to use for my wedding day that I brought for my outfits for my bachelorette, I know exactly where I left it. She stated it was not there and was not very helpful. I know it was left there and now I lost something that was very special to me. Overall this would have been a 5/5 rating, but how she spoke to me at times and how stressful she made this experience I am not able to give them a high rating.

We had a Thanksgiving get together with family. The house was perfect in terms of proximity to the airport and to Nashville. Debi was an excellent host and very responsive. The house itself is very tastefully done and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling with a large group visiting Nashville. I only wish we visited this in summer to make use of the pool/deck area that looked so inviting even when it was in the 30s outside:) Overall, great stay!

This house and host went above and beyond. We had a bachelorette party of 12! I would recommend this place to anyone and absolutely stay here again.

I stayed at Opal house with a group of 8 friends for our 50th and we loved our time there! The home is spacious, beautiful, clean and well-maintained and well- stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities. The cookies provided on arrival were delicious. Pool & hot tub were lovely. Debi was easily accessible to help and answer any questions. The one item we wished the house had was a bluetooth speaker for listening to our playlists. Ubers to Nashville took about 15-20 min travel time + 15 minutes for driver to arrive. We really enjoyed our stay at Opal House & appreciate Debi's hospitality!

This property had everything we needed while staying in town for a family wedding. There was plenty of space and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking on location. We really enjoyed the use of the heated pool and hot tub. There was a great ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms. Really enjoyed our stay!

The old adage "you get what you pay for" is almost always true. In this case, it felt like we got more than we paid for. From the moment we walked through the door we were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the home and the thoughtfulness of the owners. We were greeted with a plate of some of the best cookies we've ever had. The home was impeccably clean and eclectically beautiful. There is plenty of space for large groups to eat, be entertained, and to spread out and not feel on top of one another. The pool, hot tub, and backyard are well maintained and there's plenty of comfortable seating and shade. There are also tons of great pool toys, a huge propane grill, and a herd of deer that hangout all over the property. The location of the home is nicely secluded but close to town. The kitchen is maybe the best stocked kitchen out of the 40 or so rentals we've stayed at over the last 15 years. There are plenty of dishes, plenty of coffee, plenty of seasonings, two fridges, two coffee makers, and ample amounts of anything else you may need like towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets throughout the house. You will not find a better rental experience and I would gladly stay here again. 5 stars across the board!

Stayed at The Opal House for my Bachelorette party. Perfect for a group of 30-somethings who are more interested in fun, comfortable, beautiful accommodations than staying in the middle of the nightlife. Debi was lovely, easy to communicate with, and let us feel like we were in our own little world. Pool and hot tub were a HUGE plus. Would gladly come back!

We just recently stayed at this beautiful property for a bachelorette party. The property was gorgeous both inside and out. The house was spotless and all the details in the house were adorable and fun. The property provided everything you may need on your trip from pool towels, makeup wipes, and blowdryers to all the kitchen appliances in the world. The bedrooms were spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone to get ready in the evenings. The backyard area with the pool was very relaxing and perfect for a chill day before heading downtown into the nightlife of Nashville (which is a quick 15-20 minute drive)! We spent all day chilling by the pool, looking at the serene scenery. I really can't say enough about how amazing this property was and everyone can't stop talking about our wonderful weekend. It was just perfect. We would love to come back!

This home was perfect for our large family get-together. My husband and I hosted our children and grandchildren--we had 11 adults and 4 children. Everyone was so happy with the house. There were great toys for the kids, and ample seating for us all to eat meals together in the same room or on the deck. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit kept us busy for the 5 days and nights we were there. The property is convenient to shopping and restaurants.

We only stayed on the property briefly because our daughter became quite ill at home. However, it was so lovely, clean, and spacious. Very close to numerous amenities, with the gift of being “in the country”. I wish we could have stayed longer and fully enjoyed the home and large salt water pool!!

We needed a space for 15 ladies for a bachelorette party. Our main focus was bathrooms for everyone to get ready and a relaxing area to hang out during the day! The house was very spacious, nearly everyone had their own bed. The kitchen has all of the dishes /utensils/appliances you would find in your own home! Also the home is decorated in a such a cute southern eclectic way - bonus! We would certainly choose this location again if we had a large party traveling to the Nashville area.

This property is every bit as advertised and more. The property itself is in a wonderful setting with wildlife galore. The beds are extremely comfortable, the home is immaculate and the food was wonderful. We contracted with Debi to provide breakfast each morning and everything was spot on. The pool and outdoor features are second to none. We went to experience downtown Nashville but quite honestly we would have been happy if we had never left the property. We would highly recommend this property and would go back again without hesitation.
