Location and plaza in front of the place

Its the old movie theatre partially converted into the small hotel. Rooms are on the ground floor and third floor. Rooms are spacious, but ground floor you hear and feel the vibration from the subway line beneath the street. Make sure you book the rooms on the third floor

The staff was very friendly and also the position was very good as well. The hotel is in a little but cute square with some bar to take somethink to drink.

The room was not so good to rest. There is the noise of the underground all day long.

Exceptionally helpful staff, very clean room, very close to central attractions, couldn't ask for more for the price.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Very friendly staff. I would like to thank Elen at the reception for being very helpful during our stay. Elen made sure all our concerns get addressed. The location is great! You open your door, and you’re downtown! Affordable option. There is a Cinema upstairs.

The metro noise, it stops at 11 pm though. The mattress isn’t very comfortable, there’s a gab in the middle. ( they put two twin beds together)

Their staffs are polite, friendly and supportive. Some of them are fluent in English. I stayed at 3rd floor suites, which was comforting enough for city sightseeing. Exactly what it shown in the Booking.com photo images. Actually beddings and linens were even better than I thought. Hallway is a bit noisy as the hotel is located in the same building of Moscow Cinema (movie theater). The room has small windows for air ventilation.

Central Location for a short trip, has good wifi, helpful and pleasant staff, cleanliness, local amenities, and lots of good restaurants around.

Our room did not have windows, so no natural light. You could hear the metro trains running underneath.

Staff was helpful and very nice. The location is perfect right in the middle of the city. Room was clean and kind of new.

First of all I stayed at the lower level, which apparently is the unofficial part of local subway. The sound and vibration of the coming trains can be compared to Godzilla destroying some city. It's impossible to sleep since subway starts at around 7 in the morning and ends around 23.30. I slept with silicone earplugs, it didn't help. It's a global minus for me of this hotel and why I won't come back for sure. To be precise there is probably little to no sound in the upper levels of the hotel, but I won't be finding it out. Next one - there is no window in the room. Yeah I got budget room, doesn't need to be that budget. (And no it wasn't in the description or the name of the room, or the message I got after booking). But it's nothing compared to noise from subway. The last one - value for the money. No there is not. It's not cheap, compared to all the places I've stayed in. I actually would say it pricy for what it is.
