Location was very good

Location and the bed

Too pricey. There are not much breakfast varieties. Everyday same stuff. I've stayed in many nice hotels in Europe with about the same room fare but those hotels provided much wider varieties and quality breakfast. The staff not all are friendly. I stayed 4 days here, thereafter I switched to Ramada Hotel and I was very happy there. Sorry.

there’s a swimming pool at the top but not that fantastic. the lift is very slow.

It’s a nice hotel in the center of Erevan. The location is perfect. Breakfast is testy and varied.

I booked a room with balcony, expecting a beautiful view. But it was a backyard with some technical constructions and engine. machines were very noisy and terrible

The staff were very warm and extraordinary. Our luggage arrived only on the 4th day after our arrival( terrible). The staff provided us with such kind assistance and moral support. When the luggage finally arrived, the Lost and Found department at the airport was not able to ensure the delivery to the hotel on the same day( which would make it difficult for us as we planned to go out of Yerevan for a short trip), the staff found the solution for us by asking help from a contact at the ariport and they made sure that we got our luggage before we left for our trip. Their professionalism, resourcefulness and kind assistance touched our hearts. Believe me, you would love to stay in Grand Hotel Yerevan when you have got your luggage at arrival, and if you have not got your luggage at your arrival, you would also love to stay in this wonderful hotel, because they make you feel at home in any case!!! They made my stay in Yerevan one of the most memorable experience ever!
