Brilliant central location. Large apartment. Clean bathrooms.

Cleanliness standards poor and disappointing - crumbs and sticky marks on sofas along with crumbs on kitchen floor and under the sofa (very easily visible without having to move sofa). Bathrooms cleaned to good standard, just living room area cleanliness disappointing. Exposed brick style kitchen/living area floor not comfortable and would be difficult to be properly cleaned.

The property itself was nice.

We were charged extra for requesting an additional duvet for my friend to sleep on the sofabed - this was not mentioned during booking.

Very welcoming staff. Good location. Very clean and comfortable.

The large shower did not work. But there was a smaller shower which worked.

The location to the theatre. beds were comfortable and cleanliness was ok.

Needs some attention. Rubbish in the carpark upon arrival. Cigarette ends outside main entrance Uncomfortable sofas, seat cushions sliding out No batteries in lounge remote Chip in en suite sink. A generally well-used feel about the apartment. £150 deposit taken for any damage (not refunded for 7 days) along with an admin charge of £3?? - no mention of this on any obvious documentation Dangerous/potentially very unhygienic stone kitchen floor (very uneven stone with cement missing) Filthy carpets in hallway £10 charge for car parking noted in manual but we were charged £12.50? Asked to check in early at 13:00 - but then advised it would be £10 per hour for early check in?? We were not told before we were left alone what the passcode was to get back into the main front door…had to work it out for ourselves as no-one around on the desk! Later had a call to advise us of the code.

Our apartment was clean, warm, spacious and very well equipped. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was very central and perfect for walking to the Hoe, Barbican and City centre..

the reception staff member was so helpful and friendly - couldn’t have asked for more. she kept us updated on what would happen on our arrival and helped when we thought we may be running a little late. the property itself was spacious, incredibly well equipped and exactly what we were looking for in a stop over.

the only issue was the broken pane of glass in the lounge which we had been made aware of before arriving. this made the lounge quite cool and the bedrooms hot as the heating had to be turned up to allow for the draft. other than that, it was perfect for us
