Staying as a family, we found the apartment very child friendly with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Good value and conveniently within walking distance of shops, bus stops and lifts. The nearby bakery is excellent. Although the onsite ski locker is a generous size, it struggled to accommodate skis/sticks/boots for 6 of us, so another time we would check out ski hire shops with lockers.

Host was quick to provide all information required. The flat is situated in a quiet residential area and is perfectly suited for families with young children. Location is short walking distance to local supermarket, bus station and a couple of excellent restaurants. We will be back! Many thanks!

Just left after 6 days staying in the apartment in les Houches. Great appartmet and really well equipped, spacious, beautiful views and only 2 minute walk to the nearest ski lift or bus stop. Really enjoyed skiing in the local area with the family, also took the excellent bus service to brevant and skied there too. Chamonix lovely to go out in evening and for shopping. Particularly enjoyed the kitsch inn in les Houches, great atmosphere there. We have had a great time and would totally recommend this accomodation.

Great location with beautiful view of Mont Blanc range from porch. Appartment is quite spacious and well equipped. Owner was very responsive to resolve an issue we had during our stay, so overall a great experience. Loved the quiet litte town of Les Heuches, only 10 minutes by car or bus from town of Chamonix.

As a group of 5 blokes, it can always be a bit hit and miss to get a good sized apartment to sleep everybody comfortably (especially in France). This year we stayed in Keith's apartment in Les Houches instead of going to Chamonix Centre and ended up with suitably spacious accommodation. It is clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need, we even managed to spend a few nights eating in instead of visiting restaurants every night. It's positioned close to the Bellevue cable car offering excellent access to the tree lined slopes of Les Houches. We also liked the garaged parking as this meant there was no need to scrape ice off the windscreen first thing in the mornings. I wouldn't hesitate to use this apartment again.

Best apartment with the best view! Just few min from Chamonix, one hour from Anssey lack. We and our 3 children (14, 12, 12) have really fun there >> rope parks, cable lifts, mountain trains, beautiful nature nearby. Apartment itself is a modern wooden apartment very comfortable and … sitting in the terrace and looking on the Mont Blanc and Agile amide every day from morning to 10 pm (late sun set on the mountains) just beautiful. I'm recommending this apartment strongly. We will return.

This was our 5th year staying in Les Houches but this was one of the best apartments we've stayed in. The size of the bedrooms was great, for once it didn't feel like we were sleeping in a cupboard. It had everything you needed for self-catering and more. It was in a super location, close to the shops, bars and the Bellevue cable car. We will return, thanks Keith don't change anything! We were a party of two families, consisting of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Before we arrived at this fabulous apartment, Keith (owner) was really helpful, by email and on the telephone. He was very friendly and informative, and made sure that our stay was comfortable and well catered for with regard to equipment, wifi etc. When we arrived, the apartment was clean and warm and there was ample space for us all. Keith (caretaker) and his wife visited us a couple of times and were lovely. The outside space if you were using this apartment in the Summer months was excellant and very well equipped. The location was very good, only a few minutes walk to the Bellevue lift, and to local shops and restaurants. We will definitely enquire about coming to this lovely accommodation again.

My family and I stayed in this apartment during February half term. It was our second trip to Les Houches (but our first in this apartment) and we weren't disappointed. The apartment was ideal for our needs - plenty of space for a family of 7 (2 adults & 5 children). The kitchen was well equipped, the apartment was warm and we never had a problem with hot water. Keith (the owner) was extremely helpful before our trip and the other Keith (the agent in the village) helped us out with a couple of minor queries during our stay. The location was excellent - couple of minutes walk to the bellevue lift or to the bus stop. There is a bakery just down the road and the supermarket is about a 10 minute walk. We had a fabulous holiday and would love to return in the future.

Thank you Keith for the use of your great apartment. We were all very happy by the size of the place, for 8 men we had no problems. It's location to the lifts is exellent, also the town has some great places to eat.If you fancy a good meal or some light eating with wine, Les Houches will cover it. We booked this apartment having spent many holidays in the Chamonix area. The Apartment was spacious and as there were only 4 of us gave us all our own space. The external space was fantastic. My husband and father spent many evenings playing with their cameras at the extraordinary views from the terraces. It was my fathers first visit to the Chamonix valley and he now understands wht we keep on returning for more. With a car it is very easy to get around, although one day when the boys went away to do some serious climbing my father and I ventured on the bus to Chamonix. I have to say they were excellent and very cheap. The facilities within Les Houches were perfectly adequate, with two supermarkets a number of bakers and shops and numerous restuarants. The house was extremely well equipped, can't think on anything not provided. Holiday was very successfull

Great base for the ski area of Les Houches as its so handy for the cable car. Virtually skied to the door and it was late March when we stayed. Good design - spacious living area, big table, good kitchen facilities. Three generations of our family stayed, ranging from 1 to 60 years and it met our needs perfectly! If you want to ski in Chamonix mainly rather than Les Houches it would be worth hiring a car as the bus by that late in the season was once an hour and required a change to get to some Chamonix lifts (a bit tiring carrying skis/board etc) Loved the Les Houches ski area.

Booked this accom purely for the ski-ing at les houches for my 2 six year old nieces i,e not far from ski lift. For my family of experienced skiiers( Teresa my wife 2 sons and myself, 12 seasons of skiing) we wanted to venture on the Full Chamonix unlimited pass. We got all that plus a excellent appartment, we were a party of 4 adults, 2 lads aged 17 & 16 and 2 little girls aged 6 and the appartment was well equipped to house all of us. We ALL thoroughly enjoyed it. I would, and certainly have recommended the appartment for any size of party upto 9 persons. thank you for letting us this fantastic accommadation
