It was very well located, clean, well equipped, warm and quiet. Lovely sunny open plan living space. The spiral staircase is steep and narrow - worth noting (but not an issue for us). Martijn was incredibly helpful and responsive.
We arrived (as planned) at 4pm and our accommodation wasn’t ready which was frustrating after a very early start/long journey. A big bunch of unmarked keys took a bit of getting used to.

Wake up, get skis from the locker room, put on boots sitting on entrance bench, walk 30m across the carpark over the bridge and climb a tiny slope to the the top of the carpet, what a way to start the ski day! The chalet was comfortable and adequate for the 8 of us, we did a bit of cooking in the kitchen which always takes a while to get used to, but everything was in working order, my main gripe is the electric hob that took forever to get hot. We parked our car in the garage space in the communal underground carpark. Once we found the games rooms we played on one of the 2 full size table tennis tables. Our whole group had a fantastic week in Cervinia and I could highly recommend this chalet.

Great location!
The apartment is well located, a short walk from the Cretaz chairlift and the main street of shops and restaurants. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children (aged 8 to 11), and I would say it was cosy but perfectly adequate. I don't think I'd recommend it for 2 families with older children, but for us it worked well.
Parking was easy, with one space in the garage and lots of free parking outside.
Whilst the communal areas of the apartment block are dated, the apartment itself was exactly as seen in the photos, was clean on arrival, and generally well equipped. Some of the kitchen utensils could do with replacement (broken handle on the cheese parer, bottle opener) but everything we needed was there.
One thing to note - if you plan to cook for yourselves rather than eat out, I would recommend stocking up in one of the big supermarkets in Aosta. The small supermarket in resort is fairly limited, and can be extremely busy.
In summary, the apartment suited our needs perfectly. It's not luxurious, but it's clean and functional. Martijn was communicative and helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.

Super location next to the ski slopes!
A small apartment next to the ski slopes and shops/restaurants. Modest interior, a bit small for two families but good for one. Stairs are steep but was not a problem for us. The personnel at La Tour very kind, helpful and responsive. Had a very nice stay!

Absolutely excellent,my whole family, eight of us ranging from 64 years to 18 months, have had an amazing week. The apartment is exactly as described and superbly equipped for all our needs. It is warm, very cosy ,comfortable and extremely clean. We will definitely like to go there again.

Perfect apartment for 2 families with 4 kids all sharing.
We were 2 families both with 2 young kids and the apartment suited us perfectly. We visited the resort in 2018 so knew the location of this apartment being very close to the Cretaz lifts hence why it was our first choice. Our 2 families have now completed 4 ski holidays together and we've stayed in bigger and smaller apartments together but this one was the nicest and best suited. Lifts are perhaps 200m or so walk in the morning. If you are an able skier there's also the possibility of skiing back to reduce the walk to less than 100m!
A great stay at a great resort that is particularly suited to young family skiers.
The owner is extremely helpful and the local agency told me that he is there nicest client.

The location was super. Close to the slopes and restaurants. Unfortunately, it was responsive on the ground floor where the bedrooms were located.

Very good location and flexible accommodation
Excellent communication with the owner to answer any queries before and during our stay, and also with the local agent. The location is great (ski-in to the adjacent car park) and the accommodation was very comfortable. Other reviewers have commented on the unusual steep spiral staircase - but if you are fit enough to ski, you should not have any difficulty! Thanks!

This apartment is exactly as described - great location, great service, good value, wonderful resort and we had good weather so the skiing was great. One thing which should be said about the apartment is the connection between upstairs and downstairs is via a fairly tight spiral staircase and if youve any mobility issues at all, or you are of a large frame, i.e. carrying more than just a bit of weight, then this will be a challenge. Im not sure Id be comfortable letting young children use it either ... it is very steep (like many Dutch staircases) and very narrow. Otherwise the apartment is very good, and has a great view of the Matterhorn.
