Very clean and host was very responsive to inquiries or concerns throughout my stay. The traffic noise was a bit much from a nearby highway. However, playing white noise on the Alexa device was helpful for drowning out the sound. There’s an Alexa in both bedrooms if you are a light sleeper and need help dosing off like me. Overall, it was a good stay and the next door neighbor seemed to be pretty friendly as well. I didn’t see any other people from the neighborhood but it seems to be a pretty quiet street and in a safe location with easy access to downtown Tampa attractions.

My wife, adult daughter, and I spent four days here relaxing and exploring the neighborhood. Absolutely everything about our stay was perfect. The host was welcoming but unobtrusive. The location was great. And the little things -- from kitchen supplies to a seemingly endless supply of clean towels -- made us feel extremely comfortable. We did not want to leave.

The townhome was as advertised. The property was clean and located close to restaurants and water. We would stay here again.

We had an effortless vacation thanks to Scott and this lovely townhome. He sent easy to follow details about the property and was quick with any communication throughout the process. The house is spacious and clean with lots of nice extras like hotel style linens, extra toiletries and a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and perfectly comfortable after a busy day of vacation fun. We love S Howard Ave and Bayshore Blvd so the location is great. It’s a 10 min ride to Amalie Arena as well. We love Tampa and will definitely stay at this property again. Thank you Scott for hosting us in your lovely home.!

We were in town for a visit with family and found this wonderful property on VRBO. The location was perfect! Very close to SoHo restaurants on Howard Street. The accommodations were wonderful! Scott thought of everything including a nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived! The kitchen was fully stocked including ice packs, a cooler and coffee beans in the freezer with a grinder that provided the best coffee! The place was spotless and very comfortable. The bathrooms had everything you could think of and some you wouldn’t..like a spare razor, toothbrush and toothpaste! The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were spa quality! The beds were very comfortable and everything smelled wonderful! It was a completely relaxing and zen environment! This will be at the top of our list when we come back to Tampa!

We stayed at this two-story townhome for 4 nights in August. Everything was fantastic. Scott was super thorough with pre-arrival information and all throughout the stay. Communication was excellent - would have given it more stars if I could have! We arrived late at night and Scott had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived - it was such a nice touch! And we were excited for it after our day of travel.. The townhome was very spacious - large bedrooms upstairs and a large family room and kitchen area downstairs. This was my first time staying at a VRBO property in Tampa and really appreciated the extra room, especially when it started pouring rain and we were not all in close quarters in a hotel room! I also appreciated having our own place instead of a hotel room during the current Covid surge - it felt much safer. The location is great - it’s a few blocks from Bayshore Avenue to walk or run. In the other direction you have all the great restaurants on S. Howard. It was super convenient. It also is close to U Tampa if visiting there. We had a family crisis that came up during our stay, and Scott went beyond “above and beyond” to help us. His generosity and caring for us was absolutely unexpected - it meant so much to our family. He made our stay super special and we will always be thankful for his kindness. All the reviews say “5 Star Service” and he truly delivers…you won’t be disappointed! Great place 5 min walk to the bay. Great neighborhood. The house has great amenities! Beds made our night, so comfy and thermostat on 2nd floor was awesome for night time.

Family loved the accommodations. Great neighborhood next to all sorts of fun restaurants and near the bay. Scott was terrific. Loved the wine and had a great sleep on the super comfortable bed.

Everything was so easy, to get in, the codes etc. Scott was amazing in customer service. The property was so cleaned and tidy up. It was the best one yet. Definitely recommend it to my friends and second time for me

Great location, great layout and clean property. Easy access to all of Tampa and short walk to Hyde Park restaurants and bars.

First place I see with such a generous host. Kitchen has most of spices, coffee, salt, pepper, paper towel etc. The house is clean, beds are top quality, bedrooms are big, and the space in general is very functional. We had one issue using the grill and Scott answered immediately solving the problem. We really enjoyed staying there and Scott is a great host. I recommend this place if you are looking for peace of mind, comfort and quality.
