I liked that the property was so close to Busch Gardens. I also liked that there was a shuttle provided.

The room had a slight smell to it.

Breakfast was good...staff nice & very helpful, clerk Trina & Black male clerk sent us in the right direction regarding food& social events

When checking out urine was on the elevator, third shift clerk stated he was already made aware, however he didn't seem concerned...we walked down the stairs from the third floor to avoid the urine

Wir hatten die Unterkunft gebucht,weil es genau gegenüber dem Eingang von Busch Gardens liegt und wir somit zu Fuß in den Park konnten.Dachten wir- leider ist zwar der Eingang wirklich auf Höhe des Hotels,aber es ist ein Riesen Betonzaum um den ganzen Park gezogen und man kann nur von einer Stelle einfahren/hineingehen. Mein Ärger verflog als sie mir im Hotel sagten,es gibt einen Shuttle Service der uns zur gewünschten Zeit vor den Eingang fährt und dort auch wieder nach einem kurzen Anruf beim Fahrer auch wieder abholt. Wirklich ein toller kostenloser Service! Wir haben dem Fahrer natürlich Trinkgeld gegeben. ;-) Das Frühstück war okay- nichts besonderes,aber es war inklusive. Die Tipps wo man schön am River downtown flanieren und essen gehen kann- genial! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Busch Gardens- die Dame am Empfang hat es eigentlich gut gemeint. Leider ist zwischen Hotel und Busch Gardens eine Straße und die ist super befahren. Wir kamen uns vor als ob wir an der Autobahn schlafen würden. Kein sehr erholsamer Schlaf Trotz gemütlichen Betten. Hier darauf achten zu sagen- Zimmer bitte nach hinten raus.

I didn’t like how they had the beds out in the hallway when trying to get moved in. In the morning breakfast they should have turkey meat.

Very clean place and Charles at the front desk was very nice guy.

For some reason we didn’t have hot water the morning we left was my only complaint

Very good stay and an A plus for the shuttle to the park. The attention of the employees was very good, especially Trina at the front desk. She was very friendly during our check in. We will definitely go back.

Very convenient to visit Busch garden. Perfect rooms and professionnal staff.

Like almost everywhere in the USA, how sad to see all this plastic tableware thrown away during breakfasts! What ecological nonsense!

Location was perfect. Pool on site. We needed to use our room towels for the pool, not convenient. Food was good.

Bathroom could have been much cleaner, attention to detail is a must. Queen beds are NOT queen, too small, and not very comfortable.

The shuttle drivers (Antonio and Al) were so nice and pleasant. We enjoyed their company and were welcoming and nice! The shuttle is convenient and we did not have to wait more than 5 minutes to get picked up from Busch gardens or adventure island. We will definitely stay again!

Loved the size of our room and the breakfast was great. Very clean and super close tomBusch Gardens with free shuttle. Pool space was small but nice.

Ice machine was sort of far from our room. The front desk staff were super friendly and called to ask if our room needed attention and were quick to send someone to our room, however after cleaning they didn’t leave clean towels or new soap. Thankfully we left the next morning so it wasn’t a huge issue. Power also went out for about an hour and a half and hall doors were closed so that was unexpected. Also would have liked a fan in the bathroom.

Ter que ficar agendando arrumação de quarto. Já deveria ter como nos outros hotéis todos os dias .

The staff was amazing. Trina, Charles and Hemi were awesome. They were always friendly and williing to help. The breakfast was wonderful too. The rooms were pretty clean.

It needs to be very clear in all the information for the hotel that it is not directly across from the ENTRANCE to Busch Gardens. It is across from the wall of Busch Gardens which means it is a 1 mile walk from the ENTRANCE. Therefore the shuttle needs to be available until 1 hour before park opens and 1 hour after park closing, which it was not. The park is the main purpose of the trip.

The room needs to be updated quickly - stained carpet and drapes, towels in poor shape, crooked art inside the frame, torn chair. The room was facing the street, and it the traffic sound kept us awake. The first receptionist was grumpy and we did not feel welcomed at all - after driving 8 hours, this was not the experience I expected.

It had a comfortable bed, running water and a roof. Actually the water never stopped running in the toilet

It’s very sad that the front desk manager Margie doesn’t care for a gay couple. Her harassment started at 11:01 AM. I requested a late checkout when I made reservation. They saw two men’s names and wanted us out!! It’s already hard to travel to a state that I grew up in and no longer invites lgbtq guests. Kind of heart breaking. She and the general manager threatened to call police. So much time spent answering their calls we finally checked out at noon. I’ve traveled the world and have never experienced that kind of treatment anywhere. Traveler beware.

Personeel was erg vriendelijk, verder een standaard amerikaans hotel met een wegwerpontbijt zoals overal. Klein zwembadje. Vlak tegenover Busch Gardens maar door een muur van Busch Gardens moet je toch met de auto helemaal rondrijden en naar de parking gaan staan. Daar kan het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen.

Ontbijt is altijd heel slecht in Amerika en dus hier ook geen uitzondering. Maar het is dus eigenlijk standaard. Verder geen negatieve punten.

Close to Busch Gardens. Very clean. Pleasant staff.
