I liked that there was enough room for my husband, my two kids and me to spread out. The utensils drawer was a little light on regular cereal spoons. Cookie sheets would have came in handy also. It was nice weather and we hung out outside for at least half of the time we were at the house. For the most part, the house had a lot of sundries that you would expect in your own home and was pretty clean. I was very happy about that. I wish the house would have accepted dogs. I really wanted a chance to see my daughter's dogs. Oh well, I'll be moving there at the end of April anyway. I'll see my granddogs then! The main purpose of the trip was to look at real estate for sale to buy a home for not too much of a commute to my new job at the Naval Research Laboratory. The house fulfilled that and much more. We loved this property! It was perfect for our needs being that we would not be doing anything but cooking and sleeping here! Kind of small but with not a big group it was perfect!

We loved staying in this precious home! It was very clean, well organized and so comfortable for a weekend stay for myself, 2 adult children and 3 year old granddaughter. Would definitely recommend it and stay in this exact property again under similar circumstances. Just wonderful!

Great stay!

This house is in a quiet older neighborhood. House was VERY clean and stocked with basic needs. Our trip was for a family wedding at the local town square thats just a few blocks away. Very cute town and lots of restaurant options in walking distance from the house. Comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen. Loved the separate living areas. One living room for those that wanted to relax and watch TV and the other living area off the kitchen made socializing possible while working in the kitchen. A plus on this house. All bedrooms had smart TVs. Will definitely rent again if in the area

Loved the layout of the house. It had 2 separate living room. It was great. It allowed the kids to hangout in one and the adults the other one. Location is convenient to all the local businesses. We would stay there again.

So close to the beach & everything right there in long Beach...great place to stay

Location and home was nice. Only negatives were: Small bathrooms Would certainly want to negotiate before renting again, considering other properties we rented over the last number of years. A non-refundable deposit is not a deposit but a fee and should be stated as such. Would certainly check other locations before booking this one again.

We enjoyed every minute in Long Beach. A hidden gem. Royce was exceptional at giving recommendations for the area and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We plan on returning!

Property was located as stated in advertisement, a few blocks from downtown shops and restaurants and only a few more blocks from the ocean and beaches. Easy walking to both. Beaches are great and un-crowded. Home was comfortable and had plenty of room with good sized bedrooms, kitchen, living areas and baths for vacationing needs. Property was some under furnished especially kitchen as had to buy some pots and pans and kitchen supplies like hotpads, kitchen towels, etc in order to do our own occasional cooking. House was poorly cleaned for our arrival so had to spend some time sweeping floors, wiping up bathroom floors, wiping down kitchen counters and cabinets and washing the few throw rugs to not feel like living in last tenants dirt and sand. Nice to have dishwasher and washer/dryer in home for convenience. Primary contact responded quickly to our notifying them of a possible plumbing issue and also notified us ahead of the lawn care folks arriving so we knew coming. Understand new owners and only rented a couple of times so expect things will shape up and improver with each renting. Would rent again.
