Fantastic location.

Unfortunately, the floors were not clean

Having lived in Broadstairs for many years, I knew the location would be great, noisy at the weekends, as it is located by the three pub triangle, but everything is at your doorstep.

I was given the incorrect code for the key safe. I called the owner, who contacted the woman in the shop downstairs from the flat, who put in a different (correct) code she had been given. I texted the owner back to let her know I was in and hadn't been given the correct code, but received no reply, let alone an apology. I had tried for half an hour and was late for things as a consequence. The flat was clean on the surface, but I bought some cleaning wipes to give it a once over. The only place to throw bins out is located in the green square along Albion street. In the instructions, it said to empty the bins into the black bin in the car park behind the property. This is a council bin, so not really recommended. The flat overall is fine, but the two sets of stairs are quite steep. I found it quite expensive, but understand that I was paying for the location and the month of August peak time.

It was close to the beach and centre of town.

No parking, we parked a short distance away. The adjacent carpark which was pay & display was expensive 13.50 for an overnight stay. Managed to find parking near the beach front during all of our stay but in peak times this might become a problem

Lovely bright top floor with sea views, kitchen facilities great & comfy bed. Location easy walking distance to everything.

Due to been on the main high street exceptionally noisy during evenings until early hours & little privacy.

lovely and bright with a lovely view of the sea over the fascinating roofs of the old Broadstairs town. Right in the thick of good restaurants, micro and maxi pubs, a minute from the high street and 30 seconds from the sea front

difficult stairs but do-able for able bodied.

Great location A very quaint place to stay.

Noisy at night. clubs and bars very close. Music playing 3 am. Decor is tired needs refresh. Needs double or triple glazed windows. very cold down near front door. Cannot read thermostat light bulbs need changing. Needs a light in entrance vestibule. Dark. Needs a curtain across the under stairs cupboard.

Location is excellent. Property is great. Everything you need is within the property.

The fact that you can see the beach and its walking distance, but everything is local and people are friendly.

The noise from the bar late at night was annoying. Property could be brightened up and cleaned walls. Stairs on entrance have a weird old musty smell. Also mattress is soft which gave us bad backs,. Sofa was basic, not comfy either and dirty fabric and cushions.
