In a good location for the temples. The staff were absolutely excellent, I can’t praise them enough. They helped us with so many queries & gave excellent advice. They were very patient & kind.

The President Hotel fails to live up to its advertised standards, making it a disappointment for visitors. Upon entering our hotel room, my family and I were immediately dissatisfied due to its cramped and unclean conditions. The walls were marred with unsightly stains, and the bedsheets were littered with clumps of hair, which extended to even the refrigerator. Moreover, the presence of mosquitoes was persistent, hindering any chance of a comfortable stay. Additionally, the lighting in the room was inadequate, further adding to the overall unpleasant experience. We had a booking for two days; however, after fifteen minutes into the hotel and the room, we decided to report the matter to the manager at the reception and expressed our concerns. We also informed him that we'll be checking out the next day as it was too late to find alternate accommodation. The breakfast buffet is what we call TERRIBLE- from plates to spoons to tablecloths to food- everything felt greasy and untidy. Mr. J Arunkumar and Mr. Dinesh assured us of our refund, but it has been ten days without any refund. Their continuous delay tactics and excuses for the past ten days have left you with no alternative but to consider taking legal action through the consumer court. It is disheartening when promises are broken, especially when they concern matters of reimbursement and customer satisfaction.

The first day we arrived people were very nice but they were bargaining to have a early check in. And we thought it was quite expensive the taxi to munnar that they provided us, but we didn't have any other choice

There's no difference in rooms all are standard single rooms , I have booked 1 standard single room and 1 deluxe room but both are the same. Toilet clogged and drain line clogged. Totally waste of money
