el hotel es precioso y muy bien ubicado y el personal es amable

me rechazaron el desayuno incluido y la habitación rentada no tenia baño como contraté, a cambio me dieron una junior suite con baño a mas del doble del precio inicial. El hotel está en obras y hay un ruido inadecuado de 8.30 a 17.00. No está para rentar a no ser que sea a un precio de derribo y con claro conocimiento de causa ANTES DE ACEPTAR LA RESERVA QUE NO ES REEMBOLSABLE, Finalmente con el nuevo precio que doblaba mi reserva, la junior suite fenomenal aunque con vistas a la obra... advertí al personal que iba a ha compartir estos comentarios porque me parece que se debe conocer esta información con anterioridad. El gerente sabrá lo que decide y hace.

La comida fue super buena y los precios adecuados

- Well let’s start with the name: Tranquila…. Please don’t expect an oase of peace here…. - After the booking was definite they informed us that there were renovations going on, however they claimed it was only during the day…. - We tried to cancel the booking but they didn’t reply at all - The renovations started really early and were literally next to us and in the middle of the resort all days including Saturday, starting early - They offered no compensation or whatsoever - they don’t respond (or late) on messages - They don’t have a pool to cool down (but we could have known that) - Although you book including breakfast: you can only choose between eggs or yoghurt, but they have a long list of other breakfast options (at additional costs) - The room smell badly and the try to cover that with cheap vanilla fragrance - At the reception they don’t know what hospitality means: they simply don’t care how your stay is or was and what they can do to improve their service…

El personal de recepción y meseros muy agradables y siempre a prestos a colaborar.

El sitio muy agradable, sin embargo la música que reproducían era muy alta y no acorde para (playlist) para un ambiente de descanso en playa.

La suite espectacular, los acabados, la limpieza, la vista al jardín, valoro mucho que sea un lugar silencioso y tranquilo para descansar, la cama super cómoda, el baño hermoso y limpio, el restaurante al lado del mar es muy agradable, la comida muy rica y la atención excelente. Las habitaciones están rodeadas de vegetación nativa preciosa que genera un microclima muy fresco.

En este momento están realizando obras de construcción aunque es para mejorar los servicios del hotel y es temporal es un poco ruidoso en el día y se percibe polvo en esa zona. Aunque debo aclarar que se comunica desde la reserva. Sugiero cambiar las botellas de agua que se adquieren en el hotel de plástico por vidrio o un sistema más sostenible.

The AC worked well once we got it going. The food at restaurant was good and a good value. The staff was very nice.

I think it was too expensive for what it was. The beach is not appropriate for swimming. Swimming is 25 minutes away by foot at the Mendihuaca river. For the price I paid I expected much nicer facilities.

The room and service was excellent. The shower was always hot, and the room a/c was great. The bed was the most comfortable during our entire 2 week trip in 4 hotels. The restaurant and bar service were amazing, they brought food up to our room for us several times, which was very nice. Massages were offered next door just off the beach and were relaxing and very inexpensive.

There wasn’t a pool, but somewhere in the middle/end of the trip we were invited to use the pool next door. There was also lots of construction going on. We didn’t mind it, but some of our neighbors complained. I’d like to see the place in 6 months because the additions looked like they would be pretty extensive.

Tasty breakfast, generally good menu and decent prices. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is good with a warm shower. Very comfortable bed.

There was lots of noise from surrounding resorts and also neighbouring rooms. For the price we had expected a little bit more from the property. Some small details would go a long way to improve comfort, eg new towels without stains. There are major renovations going on which we wished we had known about before it was too late (and they’re really quite disruptive). We were looking for privacy & tranquility which we sadly didn’t get here this time.

Están en obras civiles y de construcción, todo el día ruido incluido el sábado TODO el día en construcción, si están en obras o bajar los precios, advertir antes de tomar la reserva o cualquier otra condiciones pueden darse antes de tomar la reserva.

Good breakfast, excellent location especially when you plan to visit Tayrona National Park. Would stay at La Brisa again.

There was a construction site just outside our window - we had to close the curtains to avoid people looking into the room. No mosquito nets for the beds.

Being with my boyfriend

Honestly, I had a very bad experience. It all started with us arriving and our private shower being dirty, and still had the personal items of a previous guest. Our pillows were not comfortable and smelled bad. The toilets were shared but the cleaning staff didn’t made a proper sanitation to them.

construction....a lot of it. Not mentioned by the property but in the view from the balcony, between us and the ocean. A heads up about this much construction going on would have been appreciated.

Beautiful Decor, and comfortable, Well design and easy to feel that your in a special place

It should be fine printed that must have passport present and stamped. I carry a passport ID from the US because I previously lost my passport, was charge a tax for not having my passport, even though I had my passport ID card.

We enjoyed the plants, the hotel and staff.

Our room had some defaults and we mentioned most of them but only one thing was repaired.

The location right by the beach is great. Food is good and reasonably priced. Staff was very attentive a responsive when there was a problem with the room and they were quick to resolve it. Beach towels provided. Liked the “jungle” feel of the property. They had lounge chairs by the beach and you could have all your food there as well.

After 9am they put on music, which, especially in the relax areas, is too loud. On one of the days they kept playing the same playlist and genre all day long, with most of the lyrics being explicit and containing lots of f*** and sh**. Didn’t appreciate having to listen to that all day. A little tub is provided in front of the room to rinse the feet from sand, but it is shared with the room next door. Would be better if was per room.

absolutely perfect location on the beach

fantastic beach house. very relaxing weekend. staff are amazing and restaurant servers always attentive to our needs. would recommend for anyone looking to go to Parque Tayrona or have a relaxing beach stay

only minor issue was lack of outlets! the ones beside the bed are USB only. there were a couple in the bathroom that we were able to use. still really enjoyed our stay

The location is great. Staff was kind. Many other hostels around. The beach is nice and private (just for the guests of the hostels/hotels in the area).

The room, bathroom and shower were not as expected. The description of the room when you book is lacking of important information to understand how the shared bathrooms and private showers work. I didn't like that the shared bathrooms were far from the room/cabin. The closest ones were the ones by the restaurant, which guests and visitors from different hostels would use. The private shower was right next to the restaurant bathrooms so you either have to bring clothes and change in the shower or walk by random people in a towel.
