La ubicación es muy buena

Para ser de la cadena Radisson y el costo, creo que las instalaciones no son adecuadas. El hotel se ve muy descuidado y las almohadas son muy incómodas. Presentamos problemas con el aire acondicionado

El desayuno fue genial, mucha variedad, cantidad y la atención a nivel general fue excelente, Por otra parte las habitaciones muy confortables, limpias y organizadas.

Todo estuvo muy bueno realmente, solo haría la recomendación que la piscina y el bar deberían tener un horario un poco más extendido ya que era solo hasta las 6 de la tarde.

Limited breakfast without vegetalable milk options. No room service. Gave me a dirty towel in the pool, there’s no bar in the pool. The double bedroom didnt have a window that opened and all of them were dirty. i was just one and was small even for 1. The ac Wasnt working even after they “ took care” of it. I only stayed for one night and left as soon as possible bc there was nothing to enjoy, even the gym was boiling hot

The staff. Specifically Mr. Dorian, he went beyond his way to help us. Also I’ve to give a shout out to Mr. Coco, a waiter, he’s very attentive.

The lobby is fine, with air conditioning also the restaurant but the rest of the building has not air conditioning and it’s very, very hot. The window’s of the room don’t seal properly and we can feel the heat coming in. The couch was stained. The toilet was clean but the shower had mold and we saw tiny cockroaches in the bathroom. We reported this to housekeeping, they told us they will take care of it but we kept seeing them. In general, the room looks rundown.

The staff was very, very nice. I had asked esrlier if my room could be ready for check-in and they answered eight away and exceded my exoectations

The facilities where not what I expected for a brand lile Radisson, the pool was deteriorated, the gym air conditioning did not work right. The gym had leakages coming from the pool upstairs. Breakfast area wasn’t ready for rush hours, no silverware in the table.

we actually didn’t even stay at this hotel because it was very different from the photos. they gave us our money back and we went somewhere else

Room small and windows little dirty so difficult tosee out and no windows for ventilation or air. Building needs more professional care, look like my daughter painting the walls.

it’s a nice hotel and you get a great value for the money you pay. The breakfasts are excellent and with big variety

Housekeeping did not impress; hand towels had to be requested twice, as they were not automatically replaced when the room cleaned. Cleaning was also not up.to par, as soap rings in the bathroom were apparent from each previous day. Also, when opening the curtains , I could see the backs were filthy - indicating they hadn't been washed since who knows when. Also, my clothes were removed from the closet and laundered without my consent...creepy!
