The owner asked us to pay 400 euro in cash as insurance and she mentioned this term is written on Booking. As we don't have cash she made a copy of our card . I read carefully again what is on booking and that what I found; they ask the visitors to have cash 'for any extras ' but insurance is not mentioned at all. The jakuzzi itself was not very clean

The owner was very helpful, she really wanted to make sure we had everything and were happy during our stay. The villa is very clean and beautiful. We did not have time to use the jacuzzi or hot tub but it looked great. 5/5 - we plan to visit again soon

Beautiful house . The garden is maintained well. The house is very clean. Free parking on the street outdoors.

We booked a suite so that we can travel with our child so that he can go to bed as usual and we have a room for us. Instead of a suite the host showed us two rooms in the hallway with the bathroom in the hallway. The suite has no separate door. For us it was impossible with the setup to feel safe with our child. Therefore the landlord offered us another room which is just a single room with a big bathroom. So no separate room and no chance to go to bed later than our little one. While showing us the other room we were able to choose if we want to keep the two separate rooms which she calls a suite or the single room. While being in the single room she sprayed perfume in the air and we were really wondering why. She also mentioned that this room was just prepared a day ago. During the night we realised that there is a very strong fresh paint smell in the room. Now it totally made sense that she sprayed the perfume so that we don’t realise it. At the next morning she was asking how we were doing and I told her that the fresh paint in the room is a disaster and we cannot stay in the room any longer. She was getting really mad at us and said she has no other room available and that we had chosen that one. I asked her if I can just pay 50% and leave what she declined. I have booked the suite initially for two days so for me it made sense to pay half and call it a day. She then offered us another single room on the other end of the hallway and that we could keep the bathroom of the freshly painted room. She was making a very big deal out of it and almost wanted to kick us out. We agreed to the solution to avoid any further escalation of the situation. I have never experienced a situation like that before. On arrival she asked us if and when we wanted to have breakfast on the next day. We asked for breakfast at 8:15 am and she confirmed the timing. On the next day there was no breakfast ready.
