Amazing views from all 3 levels and well set-up for everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Everything is within walking distance and thoughtful things like beach towels provided by the owner. Easily accommodates families with common and private spaces. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the stay here. Kids got their own rooms. We all loved the light streaming in to the house. Thank you for the heaters. We were warm enough on a cold winter night. Only missing a local coffee shop or supermarket, to make it a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay in Unit 1 of Sophie and Keith’s duplex townhouses. This is a very comfortable solar-passive home on 3 levels hugging the contour of the hill up from the long main beach. Balconies and views from each of the 3 levels! Pambula Beach is a quiet village with river-mouth, cliff top and two beaches. We enjoyed the quiet and friendly locals, interesting rock formations of the area, Jiguma nature reserve cliff walk, and the walk along the main stretch of beach to Merimbula. Aqua is the handy local general store for Pambula Beach that also serves up breakfasts, lunches and dinners including tasty fish and chips. There is a wood-fired Pizza place at nearby Pambula, and at Merimbula, Cranky Cafe was the ideal spot for our departure lunch of fish, salad and sweet potato chips. We can highly recommend a stay at beautiful Ocean Reach Pambula Beach. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise, Sophie and Keith! We do hope to return again sometime.

Wow, From the spectacular views to the beautiful Tea Tree Tunnel through the gardens, we LOVED Ocean Reach:) The apartment is light filled and the top floor was so warm in the cool autumn days. A welcome relief coming home from a cold surf. Thankyou.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights at this property. It was a superb location with wonderful outlook from all levels. The property had all that we needed to relax and enjoy spending precious time together.

Lovely villa in great position across the road from the beach. Only thing I could fault was no blinds in the living room and TV during the day was near impossible to see,and also NO Dryer, with inclement weather it was impossible to dry clothes.

What a fabulous location and wonderful property. It was so relaxing to sit on the deck/s watching the beach below. We could walk to the beach and the little shop/restaurant which was an added bonus.

So close to the beach, Ocean Reach had everything we needed. This was our second stay and can't wait to return!

Absolutely wonderful accommodation. Views from every room onto spectacular beach vistas. Living on 3 levels is a bonus exercise programme👍. Special “ heads up” to the house cleaner; the house was pristinely cleaned upon arrival.

A pleasant stay. Kitchen needs an update. Little/no extras. No coffee machine, no dryer. Kitchen utensils dated. Lovely views from balcony and close to beach.

Excellent location and communication

Sophie, is a warm and responsive communicator. The view is incredible. The home has so many spots to sit and enjoy. Would recommend a spare gas bottle on hand....we ran out half way through cooking 😊 Definitely recommend and will be back!

Even though it was a longer drive from Sydney, this place is so warm and welcoming fantastic ocean views from the balcony.

Accommodation was perfect for a girls weekend away. Legs up in the couch looking over the amazing views during the day, dinner of local fish chips on top outside deck at sunset and waking up from the bedrooms looking out north over the sandy beaches of the Sapphire Coast. What more can you ask for? Communication with host was easy and very quick to respond to questions. Definitely recommend this townhouse and would book again.

We had a great weekend at Pambula beach the accommodation is fantastic with views right up the coastline. We will be back.

We were two couples in our late 60’s. The property was clean and comfortable with fantastic views and location. It would be a great place to bring a family for a week or 2

We had a fabulous time at Sophies place. Sophie was very easy and responsive to communicate with - even when we asked to arrive a day early (on the day!). The house and views were fabulous and a very short walk to the beach. Even with atrocious weather we loved the visit and have already decided we'd love to come back :)

Wonderful location between Pambula beach for some wet & wild fun boogie boarding in the surf and the calm & tranquil Pambula river. We packed in so much time in the water which was fantastic. Comfortable & clean living areas, bedrooms & bathrooms. Kitchen a little too small for self catering but manageable for family of 4. A clothes dryer would had been a bonus for quicker turnover of kids' clothing otherwise great!
