Recently enjoyed a trip to California. SF is splendid. Definitely go! We’re a large group, and everyone fit with extra beds. Accurate house description. Issue with the dishwasher upon arrival, contacted Daniel and issue was resolved within hours. House is close to Bart, and highway entrance, for quick downtown access. 15m drive to twin peaks for amazing sunsets, and near the beach. Thanks for an enjoyable stay in Daly City!

Hello, We hosted a family get together in the Bay Area and this house generally worked out well. Nice San Francisco style neighborhood where we felt safe and were close to public transportation and grocery shopping. The kitchen had most of what we needed for big family meals though additional kitchen towels would have been welcomed. There was one rather glaring safety issue to be aware of if you have children; the windows in the top two bedrooms open low to the ground and there are no screens or bars, meaning if accidentally left open a child could easily fall out. This was on many of our minds the whole trip. Even if kids are not staying in those rooms if they made their way up there it would be unsafe. It was also quite hot up there and keeping the windows closed was uncomfortable. Something to be aware of. The house comes with two very welcomed parking spots. If you're renting a house this big you'll likely need more spaces than that and limitations to street parking for visitors makes that a challenge. It's city living but something to be aware of.

The place is beautiful and clean. It is unassuming from the outside and had room for everyone we invited to stay with us inside. Parking was not an issue in the garage and on the street. It felt safe and the check in and check out procedure was seamless. I would feel comfortable staying here again.

We were able to host family from across the nation in comfort and style as we celebrated our daughter’s wedding. The home away from home provided a venue for fostering relationships

The location, accommodations and owner were all perfect for our stay. We are a group of 17 co-workers with a convention at Moscone Centre. All having our own beds and 5 bathrooms was a huge bonus. The house is exactly as shown in pictures and an easy walk to the BART station. I would 100% recommend this place and I would stay there again if the chance arises.

House is as described on website. Experienced minor issues upon check in that were promptly resolved after speaking with Edward. Who is an absolute pleasure to work with. Edward is readily available with a100% attention to detail on his property. Would recommend anyone searching for a high capacity getaway to consider this property. We were in town for our Son's wedding and could not have picked a better home for the weekend. Thank you Edward.

He had great advice and was quite friendly during our visit. The house was wonderfully equipped to handle our group. Everything that we needed was found in the house: from laundry detergent to shampoo to paper goods and dish detergent. Edwards attention to detail saved us from having to buy these things at the store. The house was very clean and neat and was decorated beautifully. If I were in the area again, I would certainly stay at Edward's house again. I highly recommend choosing this house!

My family and I had a fantastic and a memorable time at Edwards place. Edward is a great host and attended to all of our needs. I will definitely come back again.
