It is in a perfect location, u can find everything right next to building however it is not at right the beach. It is 8-10 mins walking distance from the Ocean. The pool is very nice, big enough for everyone in October time. The flat is very spacious & bright. It has 2 bathrooms, which is very good for more ladies. The landlady is very helpful, she gave us extra towels.

The living room, balcony & the twin room is a bit laud from the cars during the night aswell, as the flat is next to the main road. But if you can’t handle it, you have the other two double bad facing the inner garden, so they are calm. One of the bed in the twin room is very ‘old’ very uncomfortable, however you can sleep on the double sofa instead in the living room. The washing machine’s door is broken, but the landlady was very helpful she has done the washing. As I didn’t know, but I heard later usually the guest’s are responsible for toilette roll & bin bags. Maybe some plate for fruits & bread cut would be good.😉

The host did not tell us before the arrival that she had to give us a different apartment from the one we booked. The new apartment was nice but it was far from the beach and did not have a pool, so it was not having the requirements for which we booked the original apartment. In the end the host was understanding and since we quickly found another apartment she gave us the money back. But we would have liked to know it in advance.

Apartment was spacious, bright and clean. Good sized kitchen and utility room.

1 bed was good other beds were a bit uncomfortable. 3rd floor without a lift and many steps around pool/apartment area. Quite a walk to the beach.

Finding the appartment on arrival was a problem

The location of the apartment was good - close to the shops, restaurants and relatively close to the beach. The apartment was relatively good equipped and there is a pool inside the property's yard.

Although we arrived before 21.00 we were charged 20 euro for late arrival. The host was not that responsive - e.g. there is a pool in the yard of the apartment, however, with very weird access possibilities - it was locked during the opening hours and the host did not respond our question on whether there is any designated person or the keys to the pool (once we simply got locked inside before the closing time). The apartment was not very clean (not mentioning the couch in the living area, which had couple of greasy stains), and the simple supplementary things like salt, pepper and garbage bags could have been provided. The same goes for the toiletries. Some simple things could improve the stay of people who are paying not that little money.
