Ruth the host was fantastic and very helpful! The house has absolutely everything you need for a holiday. The kitchen is well equipped and they even provide beach towels. The wifi is good and the TV even has Netflix. The beds are comfy. The location is ideal, near restaurants and a 10 minute walk from El Camison beach. The local taxis are plentiful and there is a taxi rank a couple of hundred yards away opposite the H10 and we never had to phone for one. The pool area is nice and clean and the pool bar in the complex is great for drinks, snacks and does a lovely cooked breakfast. It was very quiet at night despite being in such a great location.
Paying 6 and a half euros each for a bed by the pool is a bit much. The staircase is open on one side and really needs a bannister.

The location was good, very near everything. Apartment was well equipped
There was no aircon or ceiling fans which was a disaster especially being there in July. There was a couple of floor standing fans provided but one didn't work. You couldn't leave doors and windows open because there was a lot of mosquitos. There was a damp problem in the kitchen and downstairs loo which attracted cockroaches, we had to kill numerous.
The design of the stairs was a little dangerous.
No storage in the main bedroom which also had a full glass door, not ideal if there were other people staying but we were just a couple so it didn't matter that much.
Sun beds and parasols had to be paid for at the pool, €11.50, for 2 beds and a parasol, everyday so we didn't spend many days at the pool.
Although named Beautiful Beachfront apartment it is very near the ocean but not that near a beach, maybe 15 minute walk to a usable beach.

Property was fabulous absolutely everything we needed for a home from home experience 10 minute walk in every direction to be in the heart of everything and yet quiet and peaceful at night and plenty of restaurants and bars on your doorstep all out brilliant holiday
Charge at sun beds was a bit steep at 16.50 euro per day as there was 3 of us but on the up side no race every morning for beds 🤗

It is just the perfect location. The apartment complex is fabulous, really nice poolside bar, which offers great cocktails & food! The lady we dealt with was so helpful. The apartment is so well equipped, it has everything you could possibly need. The beds are extremely comfortable and there's a beautiful balcony off the main bedroom with a view of the ocean. Absolutely cannot wait to return!

The stair case is a death trap.Can't get cases up them.Bed too low with 12 inch plinth surround.Legs are bruised.I slept on the sofa.Cheap cupboards with doors that don't close.Cockroaches every night in upstairs area and no air con.2 broken fans which were replaced on request. Had to pay someone to assemble them.No English channels on TV. Would not reccommend this apartment.Over priced.

The location was great and the Wi-Fi was good. The kitchen was well stocked, ie pots and pans etc.
Certainly did not agree with having to pay for the sunbeds at the pool. We have never stayed at another property that does this. For this reason we did not use the pool.

Apartment is exactly as described and the location is great. The second bedroom is even nicer than the pictures online and the pullout bed pulls all the way out so it can easily be used as two separate beds on each side of the room if people don't want to sleep right next to each other. All mattresses are very comfortable and clean and bedding covers were nice and new. There is also a washing machine in the upstairs bathroom that came as a nice surprise and 3 fans in case it gets to warm.
Walk to las vistas beach was less than 10 minutes walk away and night life streets even closer, still the location of the apartment is very quiet and we slept really well.
Swimming pool area was nice and clean and the sunbeds were about 5 euro each for the day. Entry for the pool was free though and the pool opened at 10 in the morning. Staff there was welcoming and nice.
The hosts were nice and accomodating. We would definitely love to stay at this place again in the future. :)

Excellent location, quiet and easy to walk anywhere.
Nice clean home, well equipped kitchen. Good to have the washing machine available too.

Parque Santiago II is a very nice well kept development.
Need more storage in main bedroom. Plenty in second bedroom, but not even a desk/drawers in master bedroom, we had to use chairs (for example for make up and doing hair). It's nice to be minimal but was a bit toooo minimal!
I think for a 2 week stay it would be nice (right) to offer a mini-clean and bed change.
Stairs would not be suitable for someone with mobility issues.
