The property is good when it comes to location. It’s also comfortable and cozy

The only problem is the remote controls (tv & ac) are not working properly, not sure if it's the battery. And maybe you can provide a bigger comforter. And a cabinet that can put guest clothes

Cleanliness is an issue. there are cockroaches (which is very comcerning) couldnt sleep worried that cockroaches might bite you whilst sleeping. , exhaust fan in the toilet is Soooo filthy ( detinetely needs extensive cleaning) , the ceiling has nasty stains where the bed is situated.. you look up the ceiling and you see this aweful stain/markings? / ? molds. i have taken photos of these concerns if you want them to see. The wardrobe is full of wet linen (probably newly washed - out from the washmachine ?) l hanging .. no room for guests clothes to use. The curtains/drapes are too long reaching the floor .. hazard risk that you might tripped off and hurt yourself …

Ive been to many places but this is by far the most memorable ( in a good way)...Impeccable set-up, very clean and each and every corner was very thoughtful of the guests' needs. Plus inexpensive :) MJ was very pleasant and prompt..very accommodating! I like that the security are not complacent but also not irritatingly nosy as well... I had so much respect for the owner/s of this unit as they passionately set-up the place and unlike some that rents-out the place just to make easy money.. This is a true word for "accommodation" that you provide to people you care...Very homey! Just booked another dates with them when I go back to Philippines next month!

I thought I could put "only missing is slippers" . but it was in the shoe cabinet, so it's perfect...Only downside is if you have a guest that drives, no parking is available so they can only pick u up or have a quick chat of less than 30 mins as that's the max to park in front (if you get lucky of the limited space).

We liked EVERYTHING in this condo I would score it out of 100% And it would receive 98% excellent place highly recommended by myself and my Partner and even our little daughter was at peace there.. The price was good and the amenities were excellent too. Really we couldn't fault it .... Our only wish would be to be able to have extended our stay by 3 extra days...which when I asked the agent she said, yes of cause .. But when I did she came back and said it wasn't available. Very sad really it was perfect in every way for 2 adults and a small child..!!!! Highly recommended for sure...

The fact that we couldn't get 3 days extra Oh the window needs sorting to lessen the road noise otherwise it would be perfect..?.?.?.?.?
