Location

Moldy showers, stained toilettes. Room by the street is loud and can be disturbing at night / early morning as you hear all the motor bikes.

Location is good, walking distance to the Katipunan train station and to the UP Katipunan jeepney station. It's also close to a lot of convenience stores and food establishments.

The floor of the shower was not tilted towards the drain so the water was pooling to one side instead of directly to the drain.

The accommodation exceed our expectation and the staff as well are all approachable and friendly. The location of the hotel is also easy to pin and is accessible to some establishments.

Hope they could have meals and other snacks in the hotel.

The room was very clean. It has a nice ambiance. It is near in UP Diliman. Bed was very comfortable. There are lots of amenities to enjoy. The comfort room smells very good. The anterior design of the room was excellent.

The room was spacious, clean and complete. It has the option on whether to turn off the aircon open windows. Room assignment are facing the quieter parts of the neighborhood. Location is near the high end and low end of food choices, that you don't really need a kitchen. You can always just order Grab and get it from the lobby. Staff remembers guests and addresses concerns.

Frequent "flyer" discounts. Hahaha.

It's clean, quiet, secure, has a 24 hour concierge, and parking.
