Six of us stayed here, plenty of space meant that nobody was tripping over any one else, lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. TVs in every room meant that it was easy to watch the game while the kids watched YouTube. Mark and Miriam were great when we had an issue with the washer. The only criticism I would have is the mattress was a bit harder than I'm used to, but everything else was excellent.

It is a big and amazing house. It is very comfortable and cozy like our home. The house was tidy and organized. We had an amazing view in the morning and my daughter loved the heated beds! Definitely a must go to again when we are visiting Hobart!

My family and I (group of 10 adults and children) had an amazing stay. The house was pristine, beds so comfy, kitchen amazing. Highly recommend and only a short drive to Hobart!!

We were very pleased with the property, very clean, very well equipped, with all the modern conveniences. Lovely, warm house. Good views. One strange individual in our group was bafflingly very appreciative of the manual coffee machine. We were all very pleased.

The home is very modern and comfortable .The owners have provided plenty of things to keep the kids amused .Even the adults enjoyed the Pacman game .The layout was well suited for a large family . The location was pretty good with easy access to shopping and the main freeway

Me and my friends had a fantastic stay at this property. The house was immaculate and was so well equipped, it definitely had the WOW factor! Would recommend to a friend, 10/10 stay.

Nice big property Good for hosting

Just a perfect dream home for our group of two families where we stayed for 2 nights. Kitchen was massive and had a very well stocked pantry. Games room kept the kids (and adults!) entertained. Very family-friendly layout in a nice quiet location about 20 minutes drive from Hobart. Mark and Miriam were great hosts who responded to any queries promptly.

Had pretty much everything we needed. Quiet and plenty of room. Beds were just a little uncomfortable.

Beautiful house, well maintained and very spacious. About 20-minute drive away from Hobart CBD. Our flight was much delayed, by the time we arrived Hobart most restaurants were closed. We were therefore pleasantly surprised to find the freezer and cupboard was stocked with items such as mashed potatoes, pie and packet rice. Very considerate, much appreciated .

The owners have thought of everything a family or friendship group could want or need from the well appointed bedrooms to the open shared spaces. The outside spaces offer a relaxing setting to enjoy a quiet drink or meal while taking in the water views. We found Miriam and Mark to be very thoughtful and accommodating. Ensuring the lights and heating were on prior to our arrival, as well as dropping off another set of keys when we locked ours in the house accidentally. They very kindly had food items in the pantry and fridge that we could use if needed and cleaning/bathroom products handy. We highly recommend this property to future travellers coming to Tasmania.

Fantastic house. Great location so easy to find. House is huge, room for 7 of us easily to all spread out. Wish we’d stayed another night on top of the 3 we did. Would highly recommend, great value and everything provided

This is the best property that we've stayed in. It had absolutely everything a family could need, including a cocktail arcade cabinet with some excellent retro games on it. The house was very clean and had a lovely view of the River Derwant. It was 5 min drive to the nearest shops and a 20 minute drive to the Hobart CBD. We'd absolutely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing house. Plenty of room, love the open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area where all 8 of us could gather comfortably, very clean and it started feeling like home at the end. Thanks for letting us stay, great communication with/by the owners and I definately recommend this property.

This house was very well maintained and had all modern amenities, including a heated towel rack in the bathrooms. The owners had kept plenty of supplies and spare towels for use (not many do this). The location was convenient and not far from local shops. Will definitely go back again.

The house was lovely and in a nice quiet location. We would have loved fly screens so we could open windows but overall we were very happy

We(six) had 3 nights here before our Three Capes walk. The house is beautifully appointed, very spacious & comfortable. We couldn’t get the hang of the coffee machine (grinds not fine enough). Thoroughly recommend this home for a stay - quiet, 15 min drive to CBD. Close to MONA.

This is a great house for a group of adults and families. It is located in a quiet area with views from the lounge and deck. The house was clean and welcoming on arrival and the kitchen area is fantastic with a large bench and is well equipped. The hosts were very quick to answer any queries and would definitely stay at the house again.

The house is amazing, huge tv's in every room. Lovely and clean with crisp sheets and towels. Will definitely recommend it again. Only small issue is that the coffee grinder does not work well, grinds very coarsely but that is a minor issue.

This is a great house. It was very clean, modern and easy to stay at. High quality TVs in each bedroom, great furniture, some nice starter snacks in the pantry for us left by the owners. Was a welcome surprise. I wish other houses listed on Stayz were this well done.The owners should be proud of this place.Easily a 5 star review from me. The only thing I wish were different was the coffee machine. It was an expensive, vintage style one with all the nozzles and pressure gauges. Cool coffee machine, but I prefer an easier to use machine. No big deal though. Awesome house overall. We loved our stay there. Thanks.
