A lovely scenic stay and would highly recommend the get away

Clean. Tidy. Exactly as presented on the listing. Stunning spot. We we're unfortunately housebound due to a storm rolling in over the New Years period. While Coromandels beaches were left unexplored, and on a positive note, it was a great place to sit back and watch the storms roll on by.

Excellent property and well managed.

We absolutely loved our stay at Preece Point,. A beautiful, well equipped house with everything you need. And that view is absolutely spectacular. If it had a pool or a spa we'd never have left :) . Note that there is no WIFI - which actually turned out to be a blessing, to be off the grid was really nice. And heed warnings on the driveway! Also, we didn't get access details until the morning of our booking, which was a little stressful if you are travelling from o/s and with only intermittent connectivity like I was. But it all worked out and we absolutely loved our stay. Spacious, clean, well appointed - plus watching the sun set from the deck, star gazing at night on the deck, making friends with the cows - all of it was magic. This house and the whole Coromandel are absolute gems. PS recommend The Naughty Bean in town for great coffee.

We had an amazing time! Everything was perfect and even despite a bit of a drizzle whilst there. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back.

My family and I stayed here for a week and were so pleased with absolutely EVERYTHING. The dogs had a big section to run around in, the kitchen was stocked with some great appliances (there was even a bread maker!), the furnishes were simple and perfect for the space, there was ample parking for the boat and an outdoor hose provided to wash it. We were truly spoilt. And the price of our stay was very reasonable. Laurie-Ann was a great communicator, very prompt and detailed. She was lovely enough to post our forgotten items too. Highly recommend to anyone with doggos or a family looking to relax.

My wife together with our son, his wife and their 2 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A very comfortable spacious home, wonderful views and easy access to both coasts and Coromandel township.

Great being away in a nice spacious property. Appreciated the absence of bunk beds and colourful bedding. A little more neutral in the ancillary bedrooms would be lovely. Views are magnificent Property is well appointed

A secluded, spacious and luxurious house with all the amenities and a great kitchen for a truly special getaway. The large deck with the views is just breathtaking. We had a wonderful time and Laurie-Ann is a lovely host.

This modern, v comfortable, spacious home was a joy to stay in. Fantastic views, private and quiet. It was v easy to relax here with great facilities, lovely linen provided , v comfortable beds and overall just a great place to be.

Thank you for letting us stay at this stunning property in the beautiful Coromandel. The house is 5 mins from Coromandel township and has sweeping views across the bay. It was well appointed with everything we needed and communication with the owner was very good. We would stay here again.

Absolutely nothing to fault here. A great location, stunning view and everything is modern and comfortable with plenty of room. Unfortunately our stay was cut short by the covid-19 lockdown, but we’ll be back.

This house is extraordinary! The view is incredible, the house itself is absolutely stunning and the kitchen is so well equipped that we didn’t eat out in the evening at all! Brilliant bird-watching, amazing surroundings and a perfect base for exploring Coromandel.

Loved our stay and everyone was happy with their own space and experience. The quality of the internal and external property were superb and it was well equipped with everything we needed. Great property manager who understood what we required during our stay and was responsive to our requests.
