Excellent location very close to the river, next to many nice restaurants, and very easy to get to center of Lisbon with the ferry. Not too noisy, even for a Friday night stay. Apartment well kept, kitchen utensils adequate, with complimentary coffee and a bottle of wine. Overall good alternative to staying in center of Lisbon.

Bathroom was functional and tidy, but could soon do with an upgrade (e.g. only one bathroom with see through glass shower area)

The apartment was only a few minutes walk from the ferry port, tucked away in a residential street. Short sharp incline to the building, and a couple of flights of stairs to the actual apartment [just in case you have large amounts of luggage].As there was a heatwave at that time, maybe some bottled water in the fridge would have been much appreciated. The apartment itself, is a decent size, light and airy. Modern furnishings and decor throughout, with a well-equipped kitchen. It was immaculate throughout. Our only gripes were that we found the double bed to be a bit low for us[we are taller than average], also the shower could do with a new head [the water pressure was good but the water tended to flow straight out/down, without actually spraying out, bit annoying when you want to stand under it to cool down], simple fix. We stayed for four nights, using the ferry to travel backwards/forwards from the centre of Lisbon, the service was regular, punctual and really cheap to use. At night we found the local neighbourhood to have an abundance of excellent places to eat, drink and people watch, safe to walk around and relatively quiet during the night. . Our host, Elsa, was in contact via txts,, throughout our stay, so we knew we could contact her if we needed to. Would definitely consider booking again, when back in Lisbon.

Good location.

Half time of our stay we had problem of using water or not having it at all. First day was very slow pressure and washing machine didn’t work at all. And then from the evening till the next morning there was no water at all because of some works on the street outside. Couldn’t take shower, not even wash teeths, cause we didn’t even have water bottles.( the owner didn’t try to solve this problem, not either offered to bring some bottles). The owner tried to compensate and offered an extra night, but then they said that they only have few nights left during the whole summer, so it was obvious that we won’t accept it. The apartment wasn’t clean either.

The property was very clean and tidy. And the host always keen to help.

Handy for ferry,cafes and good restaurants.plenty of walks-good for us with dog,so able to walk on riverside and enjoy the wonderful view of Lisbon!

Excellent location. Clean and spacious.

If you are there with non family members, the glass door for the toilet might be an issue. It doesn't give much privacy. For us it was ok.

Without a smart phone and access to data,, getting the front door open would be impossible!

Location , near wonderful and inexpensive restaurants(like Mirrita), ease of access to enter (with electronic keys) and to be in Lisbon by ferry (within 15 minutes or less), balcony with views, spacious rooms, the kitchen and all the appliances. And host Elsa was diligent, caring and responsive too!

Double mattress is a bit uncomfortable and lack of AC is not ideal albeit well compensated by the 2 tower fans.
