the location was perfect. Ideal. Apartment itself was nice.

hate the complications about check in. very inconvenient when late flight or in our case the flight was delayed and we arrived 6 A.M. we were forced to wait on the street for the person to turn up around noon. eventually. half an hour later than agreed. bad communication. lots of little things are missing in the apartment. kettle… no wine glasses, shelf in the shower to put the soap or shampoo on. tiny details and when they would be fixed, it would be absolutely perfect place. even after all my complaints, I would still stay in this apartment if I would return to Milan. Location is simply that awesome.

The location was excellent, very convenient for shopping & sightseeing, close to Duomo. Bed very comfortable. Very spacious with good storage. WiFi good. Bright & airy, with lovely window doors that open to balcony. Good rainfall shower. Easy instructions from owner & good communication.

It was very noisy, there was a lot of drilling going on from the work being done on the Guess shop downstairs & the lady upstairs walked around at 7.30 AM every morning with heels on a wooden floor, so no lay-ins for me! The bathroom needs a shelf for toiletries. In the kitchen area there is no sponge or tea towel for washing & drying dishes. A Nespresso coffee machine would have been a bonus!

its not very clean, I stayed there in the middle of the summer and the AC was horrible, apartment smelled like fish upon arrival, and if you want to sleep at night forget about cause the streets are super noisy

The location

It wasn’t brand new as described in Booking.com. The bathroom had nowhere to put any toiletries and we were only left one towel each. The floor wasn’t fully cleaned and when we arrived the cleaner was still there and she said she had finished but she hadn’t as there were bit on the floor particularly in the bedroom area. We struggled to make coffee with the convection oven as there was no instructions so had to do without as there was no electric kettle.

The location. I The friendly cleaning staff. There was nobody to let us into the building.We waited a long time untiltenant unllocked the door of the building. Again.we had to wait and wait for someone. awhom we dos not know. Eventually a care- taker of some sort arrived and told us to go through the building and through the courtyard to the opposite buildingand to take the lift to the specific floor. We did, found our studio and there we found the extremely friendly cleaning staff. (We arrived early and had communicated that with the propery. The owner could have communicated this with someone and would have saved us a lot of time and stress. We felt most unwelcome and as if only our booking ( the money we paid) counted but not us. It is a beautiful studio.an Quiet and very central. It is also roomy and light. The kitchen is understandably small. -

The fact that there was nobody at all to meet us although we had phoned to tell with which train we would arrive. There was NO client service at all. It was as though nobody cared at all whether or not we came. It left a bad taste. Does only our money count but not the guests? Previous guests had damaged the kitchen surface. What a shame! The kitchen was really not well equipped. There was only one mug for tea and three demi tasse for espresso. Please think of vistors who drink from bigger cups. At least have a mug for each guest. The kitchen is small due to lack of space, but It could easily be improved with a bit of attention.

Location was excellent, 2 minutes walk to the Duomo. Trams at the door. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Francesco met us with the keys and the directions and instructions were perfect.

Amazing spot in the heart of Milano, spacious, newly renovated and well equipped with everything you may need. Francesco was extremely kind and helpful sending us information about the city’s best places to see and visit.

The location is just perfect! Next to Duomo and the main shopping streets. You can go by food everywhere and it is not noisy.

It is very difficult to reach the hosts, I texted them and there was no answer, they didn't show in the check-in neither in the check-out... The apartment is basic and is it not as nice as it seems in the pictures but it is enough if you just want a place to sleep and have a shower.

The host sent us recommendations for the main sites and restaurants in Milan. The apartment close to everything.

I felt that the host is hard to reach sometimes. We have waited 30 min for him to hand us the key although i told him the time we should arrive

It was an amazing studio at a great location, perfect for friends, couples or a solo traveller who like having their own kitchen and being in the centre

Location, host , comfort, cleanliness and especially the bed. Great for couple or parents with a child.

Kitchen was almost empty. Without tea, coffee and even without garbage bags and wine glasses. I not succeeded to connect to WIFI. I had a data plan, so after 10 min I stopped trying .

Central location is excellent, close to everything metro, tram, shops, city center, bars, restaurants. Apartment is nice and comfortable. Staff is helpful.

In the bathroom no space for cosmetics and soap. It is very small yet well planned with the space even for bidet as per italian standard, but adding some shelf to put cosmetics, brush etc and soap dish would be great. Also I wouldn't mind the hangers for towels, jacket...small things in the end.
