This condo was clean, but worn. Buttons were broken on the appliances (dishwasher and microwave). We were also disappointed to find some dishes had been put back in the cupboards dirty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The oceanfront view is amazing. Can hear and see the ocean from bed! The full kitchen is convenient.

This little condo provided everything we needed for a great get-away. The balcony and view of the sunset were the best! While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were flat. The kitchen was fully stocked which was very handy. The parking spot was super close, too.

Located right above the beach and near several excellent cafes. The room is cozy and comes with a fully stocked kitchen. Bed is comfortable and the sheets were clean. No complaints, would come back again.

Perfect room for a couple needing a 2 night getaway. View of the ocean can't be beat - just wonderful. Easy beach access down a long, very sturdy staircase. Laundry and garbage bins easily accessible if you need them. We don't like watching TV while on a trip, but my hubby did want to catch the end of a basketball game and can you believe the TV was set to the exact channel when he turned it on - like a festivus miracle :) Water pressure is excellent and HOT which is great for showers. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Our stay at this property was very successful, the space and location are the best.
It is very quiet and safe in its surroundings, easy access to the beach is very important. Cafes, various restaurants, bars and small stores are part of the activities that make your stay fun.

A great place to stay to watch the water. As mentioned before the beach access is either steep stairs or down a couple of blocks for public access, both options worked well for us. Initially there was no heat in the space but Matt responded immediately to our text and came out and put in an element where one was missing- it was toasty warm the rest is the weekend.
We would stay again, the bed was comfortable and while it isn’t packed with supplies, we had what we needed to be content.

Great little condo! Comfortable bed and small kitchen. Great balcony! Definitely needs mold taken care of in the bathroom and a new shower curtain to replace the moldy one. Also, we had difficulty finding our parking space due to parking numbers needing to be repainted.

Love the location and view. The property just needs some attention - sliding door was not usable, kitchen sink sprang a major leak while we were there, the heater sensor must be broken (it never turned off unless we turned it all the way off), and it would be nice to have more utensils so less dish washing. Water pressure is excellent!

Great view, cute space. No where to eat, chairs uncomfortable. Bed was like sleeping on concrete, sink is full blast or nothing. No outside seating, husband had to fix the back door. Shower head to low, had to duck to wash hair. Fridge and oven too close together.

This cute studio unit is a perfect stay as far as location, view and accommodations! Nye Beach area is great to get out and walk to shops, restaurants, etc. Would give this 5 stars but we had some glitches that needed addressing. Thanks to Matt the local Vacasa manager who was there to help work out the issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

This was our first time staying here but the condo met all of our needs!! We were two blocks from Nye Beach and our favorite restaurants. We would definitely come back again. The view of the ocean was breathtaking!!

The rental needs a lot of attention
I walked into the rental and it was freezing so I turned on the heaters and only 1 heater. If i you use the sliding glass door you will probably need help closing it. You need to lift up and try and pull at the same time. The sliding glass door doesn’t lock.’And there is no screen to n the window or glass door. I messaged the rental company and they never got back to me, very frustrating.
The 2 chairs in the room are so uncomfortable.

The views are breathtaking, Wi-Fi is fast. But, no cable or DVD player (despite being listed in the amenities) and no chairs on the balcony. The bathroom cabinets door is broken and is falling out.

The place was very clean. I'm a bed snob and the bedding and mattress was GREAT. It was a quiet complex as well, and so near wonderful shops and restaurants we walked many days instead of driving around. Will definitely return!

Came to Newport for get together with friends. Perfect location in Nye Beach. Easy access to beach and awesome view.
We enjoyed the quiet room and comfy space. Definitely would recommend!!

Fees are very misleading!
$326.00 for three nights....then add the following:
$60.00 cleaning fee
$51.72 booking fee for Vacasa
$45.00 damage waiver
$57.93 tax
And then an additional service fee from VRBO of $68.00
So we pay a booking fee for Vacasa and VRBO?
Too many fees for me...feels like a VRBO rip off!

We had a great time in Newport and out stay was wonderful! Every thing was clean and the view was amazing! Would definitely stay again!!

Its a studio with a nice beach view in a cool area, clean, upgraded decor. But for the price it could be a little better furnished. And the service to resolve a minor issue was frustrating, though after several hours of texting it was resolved.

We stayed in this cute little condo on our honeymoon and had an amazing stay! The room was clean and full of amenities, checking in/out was easier than a hotel. It was close to shops and easy access to the beach. Would wake up with a view of the ocean, did not want to leave! Will definitely book again!!

This place has the most stunning view. The bathroom (and maybe kitchen) could use an update, but we loved our stay.

The room is spacious and comfortable. I would add a small table for eating, since there is plenty of room; toaster needs to be replaced (only toasts one side). Walk to the beach is easy (114 steps down) and Nye Beach is right near it.

Excellent place we would go to again! Some improvements would help a lot - range has shifting and uneven burners; toaster is broken (only toasts on one side); it could use a small table or high chairs next to the counter since there is no place to sit and eat.
