The property is very much as described. All bed rooms have large TVs and all three levels are on individual HVAC systems. Entire place was clean and ready to be occupied. Zero bugs of any kind were observed. We did not experience the pool, but it looked as described. All appliances are Frigidaire Gallery Series, and functioned as they should. The kitchen could benefit from more forks (they seem to disappear at my house too) and a Keurig. Drip coffee pot was provided. Property is at most a 5 min walk from the beach. The road going to the beach is a high traffic area and does not have sidewalks. So be mindful if you have small kids or pets. One other thing that I would like to point out for perspective renters is not necessarily a negative, just a FYI. The area around the property has a high Sheriff’s presence. They were activity pulling people over for seatbelt use and loud music. I heard them tell one group, “if I can hear your music at a distance of 20 ft then your getting a ticket”. I get the vibe that “young partiers” are really welcome. Not a problem for me, but just wanted to share. All in all, I’d recommend this to a family.

We enjoyed this property very much, especially since they welcomed our 75 pound dog as a guest. The unit was very clean, well equipped for our needs. Any minor maintenance issues were quickly addressed by the management company. The proximity to the beach was great, a short 5 minute walk at most. We had a great time.

We were very pleased with the property. The only issue that we had was there was long black hairs on the countertop in the kitchen in the bedding in the front bedroom on the third floor and all over the shower wall. Everything else was perfect!

Perfect for our family
We really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the townhome is ideal for our family with ages ranging from 6 to adult. The bunk room on the first floor worked perfectly for our teenagers. The walk to the beach took between 5 to 10 minutes. The home has everything needed for cooking and it was very clean. Royce, with the management company, was fantastic and took care of the a/c and the grill quickly and efficiently. Because it is a townhome in the middle of others, we were very happy that we couldn’t hear any of the other townhome residents. We definitely recommend this property. Thank you for having us!

The house itself is as nice if not nicer than the pictures. Really was beautiful inside and everything felt clean. wifi/cable didn’t work for the first day. No big deal. Maintenance person came out and fixed it quickly. The back balcony and patio are pointless and not useable. I’m 6’0 and was too tall to sit in a chair out there as my legs just wouldn’t fit. Very small, no exaggeration. Not to mention the house backs up to a messy eye sore of an area. Which is my only real complaint here- the area. I wouldn’t rent here again just because of it’s location. Front view is a trailer park and back view is an abandoned lot/cell tower which is littered with trash and just dirty. Also this just felt like a sketchy neighborhood to be in in relation to the rest of the Destin area. All in all it was a great experience and we were happy with the house itself.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY BUT HOLY STAIRS
The check-in process was super easy and convenient, which was nice after a long day of traveling. Some things were dirty and/or messed up when we arrived so we sent an email to the property manager but we never heard back. It wasn’t a big deal for us but it muggy have been for someone else. The location is IDEAL and the surrounding areas were full of many restaurants/shopping centers. It is a townhouse so if you’re traveling with young kids or elderly people, be cautious of all the stairs. Overall it is a beautiful property. I would gladly recommend renting this property. The rental agency was PHENOMENAL to work with, which is a huge reason we would rent from them again.

Great location!
Beautiful property with great location for proximity to beach. My only issues were the floors were filthy and the sofa needs to be replaced. I would recommend leather instead of any material sofa. Other then that, perfect!

The property was beautiful and met all our needs for space and easy access to the beach. Parking was difficult because we weren't permitted to use the garage and our SUV took up the entire driveway for the unit. Other than the limitations with parking, everything was great. Nice restaurants and shopping near by. We would definitely stay again.

The property was beautiful and met all our needs for space and easy access to the beach. Graduation getaway
Good Place for couples or young adults! Not so much for very small Children due to multiple stairs on property, Very clean and short walk to the Beach, our Graduates had a great time:)

Lots of space for a big family gathering
The property was beautifully furnished, very spacious, and an easy walk to the beach. The home has parking for two vehicles (one in garage, one on driveway). The crowded on-street parking was hit and miss for other family members. Sometimes we had to use nearby retail lots. Only recommendation for the owner is to add a cushy mattress topper to the rather hard upstairs master bed and to have an iron handy for guest use. (We found the ironing board but never could find an iron.) Overall, a delightful place to stay with a large family group. Thanks for your hospitality!

Wedding trip
This was a perfect property- bedrooms on three different floors allowed for privacy. Having laundry on 1st and 3rd was perfect. It is a clean, modern and beautifully decorated property.

Chic decor, loads of room with 5 bedrooms and 5 minute walk to the beach
We enjoyed the stay and though weather was rainy and cool, it was relaxing, nice to have bikes and car in garage during rainstorm and the place is well decorated, roomy and comfortable. There could be better skillets and pans in kitchen, the view to the back was less than desirable, and no sidewalks when on foot towards the beach. The townhouse was clean, spacious, but the couch needs an update. The fabric and cushions didn’t match the high quality of all other furnishings in the home.
Thank you for sharing your home and being so efficient in communication. The beach and water is a beautiful sight. The surrounding homes are also lovely and biking/walking boardwalk so good for friendly neighbors and visitors to enjoy.

Check in and out was simple and easy but we had to check in little later than the check in time because the property wasn’t ready :(. I wish the property have more pots and pans.

perfect place
My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. So close to beach and great neighborhood just right down from our favorite restaurant on the beach, pompano joes. We walked to the beach daily from the home and the kids rented bicycles to ride around the area. Everything was is close proximity to lots of fun things. Perfect location. The house itself was so pretty and clean and the pool was surprisingly bigger than I thought it would be. Very nice location and great rooms clean place to stay. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Family vacation
Beautiful rental with short distance to the beach. We rented a golf cart for my husband who was 6 weeks out from knee surgery but it is just a short 5 minute walk. We experienced an issue with the 2nd floor air conditioning and it was resolved in a timely manner. Property management was courteous and communicated very well with us. Bring your binoculars as there were dolphins early in the morning at sunrise about 300 yards from the beach!

Fantastic! Only a few comments on improvements - the living room AC seems to not be able to keep up during the hottest parts of the day. May need a larger BTU unit.

An Excellent Choice! Very Well Done!
We enjoyed our stay at Sand Drift! The space is beautifully done and exactly as pictured. Space was clean which is paramount for us. The kitchen is well stocked and went beyond my expectations with the thoughtfulness given to ensuring things like an ice cream scoop or pizza cuter was available. The wagon and chairs were convienent for our trips to the beach and the onsite pool was very nice. Most evenings our family had the pool to ourselves. It was never crowded. The walk to the beach is a short one as described but the street is a little busy so we watched traffic closely with our kids in tow. We didn’t get an opportunity to use the free beach service because the vendor was either out of them or we arrived too late to the beach. We did go later often opting for cooler temps. We were told that they pack up around 4pm. This place made a huge impression on my family so we look forward to returning. My husband was especially impressed which is not easy to do! I do want to mention a couple of things that were not deal breakers but wanted to mention in fairness: none of the curtains cover the windows. They are in place mainly as design elements but there are blinds-they just didn’t do a great job at blocking out the sunlight in the mornings. The master bed was a little firm for my preference but not for my husband and my husband would have liked an easier way to get into the garage from the outside. There may have been a way to do so but if so, we weren’t aware of it. WiFi and Roku apps were another great touch as well as TVs in every bedroom. Great communication from owners!
