We had a great time staying at Legacy Villas! Convenient location, beautiful resort with great pools. Skip is very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay as a family. The manager was responsive and helpful throughout. The unit was as advertised. The community is great with the various pool options.

This was a great choice for our family- including 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 children. The layout of the property was perfect for us, and everyone liked the semi-private setting and the fun family community pool!

Property was amazing! Everything you need to have a wonderful and comfortable stay. Skip was great all the way through. Will be back.

Great location, and price was fair. Complaints were little soap, and hangers and wash clothes. Furnishings are dated. Third bedroom has a queen that is in bad shape

Loved this property overall! The view from the balcony was exceptional!!! The walkup the 3 flights of stairs was a bit breath taking especially after long days out & about. Had all the amenities needed & more! Minor suggestions would be to replace the inner bowl of the crockpot that was supplied, although the stockpot was excellent as we made several different soups during our winter stay. Also, could use an upgraded showerhead in the master bathroom. The neighbors were respectful & the clubhouse was spectacular! We would definitely stay here again!

Location was great, close to the main pool with a semi-private back lawn area. Lots of room to spread out. Skip is very easy to work with. Look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay with our family of 4. We were pleasantly surprised how large the condo and the bedrooms were. The location was great, close to old town and La Quinta resort which we walked to. The pools and hot tubs were also very nice and the resort (at least in December) was quiet and relaxing. Furniture could use an update, and a smart tv would be nice additions, but overall, great experience for us and we would love to visit again. Thank you!

Fun Pool was awesome

Perfect location for a desert getaway. Close to all kinds of gold and spas and super close to the family pool and clubhouse. Check in was easy and the condo has all of the things you will need to have a relaxing vacation. Will absolutely come back!

Overall a great stay. Unit was clean and the check in process was easy. Some amenities could be upgraded such as app ready TVs and Bluetooth speakers. The CD and DVD players are outdated. But overall still a great place.

We stayed for 3 weeks and absolutely love the Legacy Villa resort. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably kept, as well as the pool areas. This unit though needs a major facelift and upgrade in quality of furnishings. The bedding needs replacing, the furniture in general is worn and tired, the carpet is dark and dirty. There were dust cobwebs hanging in wall corners and carpet corners dirty. ... this place needs a deep clean. The cutlery was dollar store. We have stayed at Legacy before and we loved it. We will definitely return, but not to this unit. However, the manager Skip is super great to deal with and resolved an issue quickly.

The bed linens were so old and stretched that they didn't fit the mattress. That said, the 3 BR unit was very nice for two couples, as we each had a master suite. The pet-friendly unit allowed us to bring our sweet dog, Lucy, who loved the perimeter trail and she made many new friends during our visit. Skip is the leasing agent and he was wonderful...very prompt communication and concern for our needs. Bottom line.....if owner would update the referenced furnishings , I would return to this unit, and am considering a monthly rental next year.

Just returned from our annual lacrosse tournament in Palm Springs. This place was perfect. Beautiful location. We can not wait to return.

This was the first time our family was able to see each other in more than a year! We loved our stay! The location was great, the pools were perfect and we had plenty of space for all of us! Skip was so helpful and accommodating! I would definitely recommend this property! We would love to come back!

The house was exactly as it was said to be....very nice, clean & in a perfect location!!! Skip the house manager was great to work with & I would recommend this house to everyone.

Comfortable condo in a terrific location. The pools at Legacy Villas are great for kids and adults. Mountains provide a very pretty backdrop. Unit could use upgraded TVs, but otherwise very nice.
