A lovely condominium unit close to downtown. Host is exceptional, communicative and friendly. Highly recommend.

Picked this so we did have to worry about parking since it had a garage. But the parking lot was being redone so we had to park on the street. Down the block. Host did offer to pay for parking. Very nice of him To do that. For the price it was ok it needs some fresh paint paper towel holder in 1/2 bath was falling of the wall, hand rails going up and down steps needs paint, bar stools were very shakie. Bed was very nice, tv was great shower was great , rooms were nice size. Back door maybe should have a thumb lock, if there is a fire you have to use the key to get out not safe. Hopefully this never happens just a fyi. Over all it is a nice place but not sure it was worth the price we paid. Host was great at responding to me and helping us get to the correct building Trees have frown over the building # so we could not see it unti lwe were standing underneath it. Host did let us get in early that was a great plus.

The location is great, there is a brewery across the street! Secure parking in garage. Tons of room for 2 couples, clean and comfortable. Only 1 item that needs to be addressed, upstairs carpet is really due to be replaced. Other than that everything was great! Would go again in a minute!

It's was our first time in Memphis and condo location allowed us to see everything we wanted in a short period of time.

Super nice place to stay, garage, and the added bonus of being close to everything. Host communication was wonderful and we did three of the things that were recommended.

The condo was clean and spacious and the host was very responsive. The 3 sets of stairs were definitely a workout and would not be great for families with small children and older adults. We were walking distance to Sun Studios and an easy drive to Beale street and the restaurants we chose. The neighborhood is attracting more businesses which will only make the area more attractive. Good place for the price

Nice place and uneventful. Can be a little noisy on the street side but other than that great. Good location as well.

Came down for the St Jude run. It was about a 10 minute walk to the start line so that was perfect. Place was very nice. The enclosed parking garage was a nice little perk. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Enjoyed staying at this very nice property. If returning to Memphis this would be at the top of our list.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. It was a short walk to Sun Studios and a quick Uber ride to Beale street. It was quiet and easy to access. The condo is in great shape - fully stocked for visitors. Jason was very responsive to our questions and the one issue we ran into. I highly recommend and will stay here the next time we are in town.

Loved the garage being available. Staying in the "EDGE" was just close enough to Beale but not right up on it. Plus it's right down the street from Sun Records and the Sunrise Memphis Restaurant (walkable). Nice trip and would stay at this VRBO again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are big and we loved that the garage fit both of our cars! Jason was a great host and we would definitely stay here again!

We were in the perfect spot to get to all we wanted to visit in Memphis! The apartment was clean, stocked and the private parking was a major plus! There was even a small fenced in dog area for our furry family! And the owner was quick to answer us and even helped find a left behind item!

We booked this location for our first stop on Hot Rod Power Tour. We liked having access to garage to store cars for the night. The location was hard to hide since you actually enter from the back. GPS will take you to front. I had a question and the owner actually called me to walk me through my questions. He is an outstanding host! Property was very clean and well decorated. Would definitely recommend this location.

The property was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to the places we wanted to visit. This property has a lot of stairs (something to keep in mind). Jason was great. Very clean and well kept condo The 2 bedrooms have their own private bathroom which works out perfect for 2 couples. Was a little confusing at first to find the garage, but loved that our vehicle was secure once we were parked. Very close to Beale St and a short 15 minute drive to Graceland.
