THE BEDS WERE COVERED IN BEDBUGS. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. I had to leave middle of the night when they were crawling and pinching me. When I checked the bed carefully as I wear glasses there was a lot crawling everywhere. My skin is still irritated. Staff denied complete which is so wrong.

Reception were fine, although it would be good if there was someone available later.

Our floor was wet... The whole stay. Assume stream cleaning but so wet we couldn't walk on it without squelching, and was still wet when we checked out 🤷‍♂️

Hotel was walking distance to very large and busy shopping centre.

Cleanliness extremely poor- carpet filthy, shower dirty, Stayed 4 nights and room only serviced once- had to get rid of our rubbish. There is a restaurant at the front of the hotel- if you get home too late you can't get a park due to the restaurant patrons parking in all the hotel car spots. Staff seem very disorganised and not really present- cleaners took one of the swipe cards from our room and we never got it back. photos say there is a share kitchen- not usable as it is dirty, there is no cutlery or plates. If you ask for a plate the staff will give you one that is dirty. Everything in the kitchen looks broken and dysfunctional.

Great parking on-site, very quiet rooms, close to the CBD. Clean and tidy rooms.

There weren't any bread plates or knives available in the room, yet there was a toaster, fridge and microwave. So having toast for breakfast was a challenge.

The location very close to the hospital just walking distance.

Had a toaster but no plates or cutlery.

Bedsheets were dirty

Aircon was not working
