Pleasant staff. Very clean rooms. Quiet and comfortable. Location is good.

We needed a simple room for 1 night to view a concert. This room was small but comfortable as a base to head out. Had all we needed and was very clean. Big modern TV good fridge and shower, also good security.

There was empty bottles around. A box of empty bottles left outside our room for the duration of the stay.

I didn’t like they advertised spa bath and it wasn’t work very old need to be replaced I had to climb up into the shower they really need to do a overhaul of the bathroom the there was only 1 plug in the kitchen to use for the toaster or the jug they need to do something with the lights really they just need to update everything

Split level unit perfect for us.l, myself and my teenage son.it was nice and clean and tidy, shower pressure was awesome in both bathrooms. Beds were super comfy.close and easy to get to Mount Smart for warriors game.parking was fine no issues at all .bonus of heat pump on both levels after a cold and wet warriors game was awesome.

We were in split level apartment 57? by memory and yea it was clean and tidy however there was a very strong odour as soon as we opened the door and it didn’t disappear and smelt very strong every time we re-entered it.smelt like fish or something off in the freezer but could not find it. I had also seen another review stating the same thing. If there hadn’t of been there it would have got an 8..construction around but that didn’t bother us no noise etc at all..also be careful the external tiles outside and stairs are very slippery. Apart from that it was good for the night and what we needed.would stay there again but request to not have that room.

Very easy to find.close to all the attractions Auckland has to offer.

Would be good to have a sink in the living room area, and not having to use the bathroom,for rinsing out cups etc.

Room was clean and the beds comfy.

Shower had no water pressure. Only 1 channel worked on the tv.

I like everything, the bathroom so clean even the room so perfect. It is worth it with the price.

Shower door was a little odd, and shower could of had more pressure.
