We loved the beer fridge which we gladly restocked, the views outstanding, must bring the kayaks next time! Was lovely to see a bit of stock in the pantry too, although we did not use. I did drop a small bottle of baileys on the kitchen and found it difficult to find the appropriate mop cloths, but managed with what I found. We will certainly we staying at 8 roy Street again Thanks so much for making our stay in New Plymouth super!

One thing. Downlights in lounge and kitchen area flicking and some going out. We liked the situation over the port. Home comfortable to live in. Sunny and warm.

Very nice living room with a an amazing view and close to main attracrions

We took 3 generations of our family for a weekend and this house was just perfect. The upstairs en-suite bedroom is awesome with the balcony looking out to sea. Wet sat and watched the boats coming in and out. The kitchen has just about everything you could possibly need if you're cooking in the house. Not a single train went passed so don't worry about that train track. The location is ideal, not too far to walk to the harbour cafes and just a short drive to the city or the park. We'll definitely be back.

A well presented bach, beautiful upstairs master suite, and three more good bedrooms downstairs with bathroom. Huge lounge/kitchen living, with deck straight out to the ocean. Sorry not to see any trains! Quite bright lights from the port, and a few loud noises one night, but on the whole a great prooerty, as described.

Good location, lovely views, quiet (train line to harbour close by but only saw a couple during the day and none at night) The accommodation was immaculate, high quality finishings and everything we needed. Would definitely go back!
