Great location, well setup and stocked two storey home. Kids loved the pool!
The air con wasn’t working upstairs however they had placed portable machines in two bedrooms upstairs. The air con wasn’t fixed during out stay unfortunately . I spoke with the management multiple times and they acknowledged the hold up in trying to fix. They kindly refunded a portion of the money as we were unable to put our young children in the bedrooms with the machines.
Shower drains do need a good clean as the water is pooling. Management were lovely on the phone when following up the concerns.

The cleaning could have been better - particularly the outside areas. The Dyson in the garage would only last for about a minute so you couldn’t really vacuum anything. No mop supplied. The toilet in the master bedroom at the back kept running and refilling so It kept me awake a lot.

Fat Frog was on point with style and decor, centrally located and a short walk to the main beach and town with easy access. Great layout of the townhouse. Terrific for 2 families sharing. We had a ball and would definitely recommend and stay again.
Enjoyed everything, but more cutlery and plates/salad blows required. Also a working dust bust or stick and a broom to clean up sand from returning from the beach. The outdoor little shower was not enough.

Stunning property we didn’t want to leave it! Perfect for hosting and chilling by the pool, we didn’t feel cramped at all with 8 people in there. Has everything you need to cook up a storm and the pool was HEATED
Only tiny niggle was our downstairs bedroom had a tiny window with no blind on it so it did keep the room light in the morning

Beautiful spacious well appointed house. Fresh coffee beans! Comfy beds. Very convenient location. Private, secure. Lots of toiletries provided.
No "Kleenex" tissues were provided. I know they are hard to get at present, but one box for the house would have been nice. I'm being a bit picky, but you did ask!

Location was good.
The property was no clean. I arrived to find dirty gritty furniture and then when I went to iron my clothes to go out the ironing board was filthy. I don’t believe it had ever been cleaned. Then when I got home and pulled my bed sheet back the sheets were filthy! I actually washed my sheets and waited for them to be washed and dried before going to bed!! At 12am!!!! I didn’t sleep until 2am! NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I then emailed the host and I have been ignored !

The property fulfilled the needs of our stay - plenty of room, comfortable and clean. Great location- easy walk to town and quiet.

A short stroll into town and the beach. It was the perfect set up for a group of 8 girlfriends to enjoy a 5 day getaway. The weather was perfect, so the plunge pool was well used. Everything was clean and living areas and bedrooms were spacious. Would highly recommend to anyone heading to Byron!
